Fresh air dehumidifiers, also known as dehumidifiers, dryers, and dehumidifiers, can generally be divided into two categories: civil dehumidifiers and industrial dehumidifiers. They are a member of the air-conditioned family. The conventional fresh air dehumidifier is composed of compressor, heat exchanger, fan, water container, casing and controller.
The working method of the fresh air dehumidifier is to cool the inside of the machine. Analysis of the water in the air shows that the temperature of the space will rise slightly, but the temperature difference is not obvious. It is more suitable for humid seasons other than midsummer, and the electricity consumption is relatively low. But for dehumidifiers, when the ambient temperature is lower than 15℃, the water droplets attached to the surface of the evaporator will freeze and the dehumidification effect will be weakened. If the ambient temperature exceeds 40℃, the pressure in the system will increase and the compressor will overload. At this time, the overload protector should cut off the circuit, otherwise the compressor motor will be damaged. So the best temperature range of dehumidifier is 15℃~40℃.
There are four main reasons why the fresh air dehumidifier does not dehumidify: ventilation system failure, electrical system failure, refrigeration system failure, and compressor failure.
1. Ventilation system failure
1. Air inlet and outlet grilles: man-made damage or aging and cracks; air inlet or outlet is seriously blocked;
2. Air filter: blocked or damaged by dust;
3. Evaporator: dust on the evaporator condenser fins; icing on the evaporator surface;
4. Fan motor: the capacitor is damaged; the fan motor holds the shaft; the rotor and the shaft are loose; the shaft is bent and deformed; the bearing is damaged; the winding is burned;
5. Fan blades: the fixing screws are loose; the fan blades are deformed or damaged; the fan blades have serious dust accumulation, which seriously affects the air output; the fan blades of small dehumidifiers also have the phenomenon of blocking the fan blades due to serious dust accumulation.
2. Electrical system failure
1. The compressor and fan do not turn: the power is cut off; the switch is not closed; the socket is disconnected; the voltage is too low; the circuit breaker is off; the fuse is blown.
2. Compressor does not rotate, fan rotates: starter failure; capacitor failure; overload protection.
3. Both compressor and fan are running: the refrigeration system is faulty.
3. Refrigeration system failure
1. All refrigerant leaks;
2. Refrigeration system blockage: dirty blockage; oil blockage; welding blockage;
3. Excessive refrigerant; the compressor has no displacement (fault).
Four, compressor failure
1. Poor compression and blow-by in high and low pressure chambers;
2. The running parts are damaged and the compressor is holding the shaft.
