Despite his looks  He’s actually Younger than he looks , Yet he’s. Seems the Most Mature and Put together out the bunch.Vincent is rather polite and formal,  infact he never curses according to Alban  . Vincent is somewhat ditzy ,and Airheaded  at time but he is Rather Clever and smart  which throws off anyone who thinks he’s a Meat head .Vincent seems like the normal one 

Unless your in Green Sector , Vincent has a strange obsession with Having a Sibling to the point where he Active Seeks out an Equivalent to one. He is somewhat Jealous of people with Siblings like Bonds ( CoughFlynnandNanoyaCough) . It may be do to noticing the other Sector head Relationship with Thier Siblings often inviting them to Green sector to spend time with Real people . Vincent is Also a MMO and FPS  addict as well he will spend days  Gaming if not monitored and Forced off. 

He’s also  Someone who is a Proud fundashi/hime-dashi ..who may or May not Write Stories online  about Characters Resembling his Fellow schoolmates and teachers in love under a untrackable Psuedonym. 

He is often proud of his, Muscular Figure and often Teases Alban about his Short comings in terms of Figure and height despite him Being older than Vincent , Despite being a hardcore gamer Vincent works out atleast twice a Day to keep up his Figure . Vincent hold little Respect For Alban . However He is one of a Few people who  call Vincent a  Stupid Bimbo or Blockhead and Get Away with it.  Mainly because Alban knows that Vincent is  often playing dumb .

Vincent used to  go to RSA Recruited at and the dorm he was Sorted into was Incremnia , Vincent was Actually  happy about it unlike most of people in The Dorm a Vincent  liked the idea of  Helping people with out a cost and . Unfortunately , people started having Problems with him as soon as the First Mission showing off his HDD . 

One problem all lot of people had with Vincent is his HDD since It natural Change his uniform clothes to be more Exposing especially  with his issues of Overheating being fully covered in that dorm suit is a no no for Missions and Battles. He could only could get HDD down to Only exposing his abs  and parts of his Legs with out him becoming overheated in battle . So off Course the Accusations of him being … Risqué with other students were  spread. …He’s A Virgin by the way he’ll tell you that himself. 

I’ve said Vincent Has no Shame in Flaunting his body even though he’s more Covered than Vert. People Couldn’t and still can’t use his HDD’s appearance To get him in Trouble it was deemed  perfectly fine to use. Vincent was Eventually badly injured in a mission which he said “ It was likely  sabotage to try permanently injuring me .” And he Transfered out RSA eventually a Game he made out of sheer Boredom for a Game Jam got him Scouted for HourglassStation.

He also Writes Fanfic inspired by His Fellow Students . He never tell Anyone this part For the Sake of Twst!IF,

Vincent Actually Specificalizes Open world and First Person shooters . 

Many assume Vincent  is quite Lonely as he’s the Sector leader who dosent have a Sibling.

As The Candidate are Based on Handheld which Xbox doesn’t have. But by Neptunia Standards  he would technically have a TWST!Chika Who’d be obsessed With him 

Many think that Vincent Bullies Alban  due to fact he has Two Twin Siblings .

Microsoft did plan a Hand Held but it never happened.

Though  Vincent himself is Often Kinda Embrassed by his Want  for somekind of Sibling like  relationship.
