The Company: Through the 5 years of its existence, this company has been recognised as a premium award winning office in the area. The company specialise in property sales, investment, and property management. You will be working with a team of 15, involved with a range of properties from 1 bed apartments to mansions.
The role: Reporting to the Principal your primary role is to build and manage a tidy portfolio of 120 properties.
Day to day responsibilities will include:
Liaising with tenants and landlords for all enquiries
Inspections
Tenancy applications
Business development
Skills & Experience:
Previous real estate experience with current Certificate of Registration
Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
Knowledge with REST/ Filesmart or other property systems.
Local the the inner west are
Benefits:
$80,000 – $90,000 + bonus OTE $100,000 plus.
Learn from the best in the business.
Monday – Friday work.
Progression and training provided.

Are you an amazing Trust Accountant / Office Manager who wants to be responsible for the day-to-day Trust Accounting function for a leading Agency along with the day to day supervision of the Office?  Large portfolio of 600+ properties therefore proven experience at that level required along with standard bookkeeping experience.
The Role
Reporting to the Principal / Licensee & consulting back to property management team
Daily receipting, direct debits & TDD returns
Bank reconciliations
Processing bonds
Processing Filesmart invoicing from the PM team
Fielding queries from the property management team
Weekly creditors run 
Processing End of Month
Maintaining compliance / quality assurance
Updating & creating procedures for the department
Providing support to general accounts department & commercial trust accountant 
Day to Day running of the office liaison with team members to ensure a smooth running
Managing the administration team
Coordinating office stationary and supply orders
Some diary management to Principal 
The Candidate
Previous trust accounting on a portfolio of similar size
Accounting & bookkeeping qualifications
Superior attention to detail
Great communicator to liaise regularly with the PM’s
PM Registration
Experience with REST & Filesmart
