Incoming Transmission….Commlink Established…
Greetings, Earthies! It's your favorite reanimated corpse, Grimaldi, here to bring you the most tubular news from the depths of Space Monsters Magazine! Our fearless Editor-in-Chief, Jason Brazeal, has just emerged from a meeting with the publisher, and the verdict is in: Space Monsters Magazine will be published TWICE a year!
That's right, folks! You'll be getting your fix of intergalactic horror, science fiction, and punk rock-infused goodness every six months. And what's in store for you? Well, let me tell you…
Each issue will be a digest-sized masterpiece, packed with articles from our regular columnists, as well as special guest authors. You'll get to feast your eyes on stunning photos accompanying those articles, and an 8-page comic extravaganza from some of the most talented guest artists in the galaxy!
And the best part? Each issue will be a whopping 96 pages long! That's a lot of cosmic carnage, if you ask me. And, for those who prefer to keep their Space Monsters digital, don't worry – we've got you covered with a digital version as well!
Now, here's the part where you come in, Earthies! We're calling for submissions for our first issue, which will be released in May/June 2025. Get those creative juices flowing and send your work to [email protected] by February 15th, 2025. And, if you're wondering about the possibility of an Ashcan Edition, let's just say it's looking more and more likely that we'll be going full-tilt with a full first edition instead.
But wait, there's more! If you've got questions for our resident horror expert, Don Glut, for his column "Ask Don Glut Anything," send those in to [email protected] with "Attn Don Glut" in the subject line.
So, what are you waiting for, Earthies? Get ready to blast off into the world of Space Monsters Magazine! Visit our website at www.spacemonsters.art for more information and to stay up-to-date on all the latest developments.

I found a FantaCo's Chronicles series Super Size Annual, and it is so funny to read through. For those who have never heard of it. It's a large issue that chronicals all of the most popular comic series from all companies(this one is up to 1983) and gives a little blurb. Some talk about how good a specific run is and others they just shit on writers.
"He failed because he attempted to emulate Steranko without being capable of doing so"
You didn't need to do him like that.
