You know what, I like to think that Hettie and Vitimir are similar in their own ways (having some small overlap with general healing), yet they're different too.

For example, let's talk about their character designs (even though they're pretty small):

Hettie’s eyes are covered but the bottom half of her face is visible.

Vitimir's eyes are visible yet his mouth is covered.

They both have headpieces /hats (assuming those aren't Hetties horns).

Hettie is more brawny and Vitimir is more skinny.

(Okay that's it)

But seriously, I like to headcanon that since there's a small overlap between potions and healing magic they get along pretty decently for the most part.

I also like to headcannon that Hettie experiments on patients/ would totally prolong their suffering for her own sadistic enjoyment. (Or at most to prove a point that they shouldn't have gotten hurt in the first place).

I also headcanon that Vitimir experiments on himself by drinking/testing his potions. (Like Jekyll/Hyde style)

I also like to think that even though Hettie can heal anything, she has some vials of potions stored just in case she would need it for a patient with a specific need.

So yeah, these two are definitely like medical buddies or something.
