hades is in desperate need of about a hundred reality checks. jk, that's a little unfair to him considering how much effort he has put in to acknowledging his own flaws and problems. i mean, he got sober, started therapy, has made an effort to be open with his emotions. however, i think the thing he still needs to recognize is how deeply self-loathing he is, and how much of his issues stem from that.

he blames himself for everything, and doesn't ever give himself a break. he struggled so much that he punished himself for it, but now he's done a complete 180 and in his attempt to heal and be better, refuses to cut himself any slack. he needs to be kinder and gentler to himself, because this path of self-flagellation isn't helpful and if he allowed himself the room to grow and make mistakes, he would be a lot happier for it.

hera's issues are complex. she puts a lot of pressure on herself to be perfect, to keep herself composed, to be a beacon of strength. in my own interpretation, she and zeus both bear this burden, but zeus is infinitely the more emotional one. because of this, hera feels that because zeus is so emotional and susceptible to difficulties, she has to compensate. she loathes even the smallest of slip ups, and refuses to show emotion even when she feels like breaking. i think she needs to acknowledge that showing emotion is not a weakness, and being imperfect does not make her less of a leader, because she's really really hard on herself. unfairly so.

frank is kinda similar to both of the above, only in that his issue is self-doubt. he has made great waves in overcoming a lot of person insecurities, and has proven himself time and time again as a great leader of the legion. but he does catch himself doubting his decisions, wondering if he's doing what's best, wondering if he even deserves the position he's been granted. he has a lot of doubts about his identity, about his appearance, about his friendships and relationships and about life in general. he genuinely needs to acknowledge that he's doing okay, and he's still so young, and its okay for him to not always be sure, but that it doesn't mean he's undeserving of love or what he's been given.

artemis needs to acknowledge that not everything is an attack on her personal freedom and convictions. she has a tendency to get very defensive over small things, and take out her anger on others without hesitating. which is a problem when not everything is meant to be an attack. someone asking her to clean up after herself isn't them telling her to stop being herself, and wanting her to stay on olympus a little longer isn't anyone telling her that her way of life is invalid (its honestly probably just bc they want to see her...) she worries that others disregard her / think of her as lesser because she doesn't conform to life the way others do but she lashes out because of it and like... girl chill.
