Event: Musical Wanderer

(Note: I'm going to put the English translation and not the actual Japanese lyrics for The song just so you can know what the song is saying without going the English translation yourself. I got the lyrics for Risa Shinozaki's cover of the song.)

Music can be heard from outside late at night. It was a Shamisen playing outside. Then you hear a soft haunting voice singing Edo Lullaby in Japanese.

"Hush-a-bye Hush-a-bye,

Good baby go to sleep,

Where has the nanny gone?

Beyond that mountain to the village-"

You slowly went out to see a 16 year old girl sitting outside. Fair skin, closed eyes, and lavender hair that fades to rosy red. She was maybe 5'7ft tall. Her hair was in a high ponytail and her bangs were swept to the right. She had a 44 time signature on the back of her neck tattooed in black ink. She also seems to have a few 16th notes on her jewelry and tattoo on her left thigh on red.

She had only had the Shamisen with her it seems. No bag for food, water, or an umbrella. Just the Shamisen. She was amazing at playing it, and singing.

Physical Description: She has a lot of her mother features. The same skin tone, eye colors, and hair color as her mother. She is taller than her mother, being around 5'7ft tall without her platform boots on. She has her hair in a high ponytail, She has long bangs that are swept to the right side. When down, her hair reaches to her ankles. She wears a black crop top with a muted magenta cardigan with yellow music note embroidery. She has a pleated black skirt, muted magenta stockings and fingerless gloves. She have a necklace with a yellow 16th note charm on it. She also have a red 16th note tattoo on her left thigh and a 44 time signature tattoo on the back of her neck in black. She has a black lace choker with a yellow 16th note charm on it.

Information on Fūrin: Fūrin Otonokoji was known for more calm and flirty personality and her ability, "Music control". She is able to manipulate the sound waves in the air. Her weakness is the Silence as she can't manipulate it, yet. She uses her Shamisen as her weapon, playing it and manipulating the sound. She, thankfully, can't use her ability on her or anyone else's voice.

Like mother, like daughter, she have a body count. She would kill people if she had bloodlust or if they pissed her off enough. Team Danganronpa lost about 1050 to her small murder sprees. It's hard to say when she keeps hiding the bodies. She didn't seem to like Team Danganronpa, often ignoring them and breaking the rules out of pure spite. She ran away when Team Danganronpa got destroyed

Nowadays, she travels around Japan, playing music for food. She still kills from time to time, mostly in self defense.

Extra Information: She is allergic to peaches, not deadly allergic but still. She likes to write proms for fun.
