Webからダウンロードされた、またはドラッグアンドドロップなどの他の方法でインストールされた、公証されていないプラグインで発生する問題です。

プラグインを使用すると、「ファイルが見つかりませんでした」というPhotoshopエラー、もしくは「整合性が維持できないためプラグインを開けない」というOSエラーが表示される。

回避策

macOS 10.15用に公証されているサードパーティ開発者から更新されたプラグインを使用する。
