Boost Your Productivity with a Virtual Personal Assistant in Denver
In a busy city like Denver, staying on top of both professional and personal tasks can be a challenge. That’s where a virtual personal assistant comes in. Offering flexible, remote support, a virtual personal assistant (VPA) can help you manage everything from administrative tasks to personal errands, giving you more time to focus on what matters most.
What is a Virtual Personal Assistant?
A virtual personal assistant is a professional who works remotely to help you with a variety of tasks. Unlike traditional assistants who work in-person, a VPA offers the same level of service but from a distance, providing you with more flexibility and cost-effective solutions. Whether you need help with scheduling, managing emails, booking appointments, or organizing travel, a virtual personal assistant can handle it all.
Why Hire a Virtual Personal Assistant in Denver?
1. Time-Saving Convenience
Delegating routine tasks to a virtual personal assistant allows you to free up valuable time for strategic priorities or personal interests. From managing your calendar to handling correspondence, a VPA can take care of the small details so you don’t have to.
2. Cost-Effective Support
Hiring a full-time, in-house assistant can be expensive. A virtual personal assistant offers more flexibility, allowing you to pay only for the services you need, whether that’s part-time help or a full-time commitment. This makes it a more affordable option, especially for individuals or small business owners in Denver.
3. Customized Services
Your needs are unique, and a VPA provides personalized support that’s tailored to you. Whether you’re looking for help managing your personal life, business tasks, or both, a virtual personal assistant can adapt their services to meet your exact requirements.
4. Local Expertise
Hiring a virtual personal assistant based in Denver means you’re working with someone who understands the local area. Whether it’s coordinating appointments, planning events, or making travel arrangements, a VPA familiar with the Denver landscape can provide more relevant support.
Common Tasks Handled by Virtual Personal Assistants
Email and Calendar Management: A VPA can organize your inbox, prioritize important messages, and schedule meetings to ensure you never miss an important deadline or event.
Travel Arrangements: Whether it’s for business or leisure, a VPA can handle all your travel needs, from booking flights and accommodations to arranging ground transportation.
Task Management: From paying bills to making reservations, a virtual personal assistant can manage a wide range of personal and professional errands, helping you stay organized and on top of your daily responsibilities.
Research and Data Entry: Need help gathering information or entering data for a project? A VPA can assist with research, compiling information, and organizing it in an easy-to-understand format.
Choosing the Right Virtual Personal Assistant in Denver
When hiring a virtual personal assistant, it’s essential to find someone who can meet your specific needs. Here are a few tips to help you choose the right VPA:
Experience and Skills: Look for a VPA with a proven track record in handling tasks that are important to you, whether that’s administrative work, personal errands, or project management.
Communication: Since your VPA will be working remotely, excellent communication skills are key. Make sure they are responsive, reliable, and use effective tools for collaboration.
Flexibility: A good virtual personal assistant should offer flexibility, allowing you to scale up or down based on your changing needs.
Conclusion
A virtual personal assistant in Denver can be the perfect solution for anyone looking to optimize their time, streamline tasks, and achieve a better work-life balance. Whether you need part-time help or full-time support, a VPA offers customized, remote services that can make managing both personal and professional responsibilities easier than ever.

CINDY BUSBY AND DAVID GRIDLEY UNCOVER HISTOY AND ROMANCE IN ‘LOVE IN ZION NATIONAL: A NATIONAL PARK ROMANCE’ A NEW, ORIGINAL MOVIE PREMIERING MAY 20, ON HALLMARK CHANNEL
STUDIO CITY, CA – April 26, 2023 – Cindy Busby (“Marry Me in Yosemite,” “Chasing Waterfalls”) and David Gridley (“The Duff,” “It Takes Three”) star in “Love in Zion National: A National Park Romance,” a new, original movie premiering Saturday, May 20 (8 p.m. ET/PT), on Hallmark Channel.
Lauren, (Busby) assistant curator at the Denver Museum of Natural History, has just received an exciting donation to the museum’s Native American Collections – a set of Anasazi wedding vases. But not everyone is as excited about the donation as Lauren. The benefactor’s grandnephew, Grady Hollingston (Bourke Floyd, “The Locksmith”), plans to contest the donation, claiming his great aunt had no right to give away such valuable family heirlooms. Lauren believes that based on the design of the vases there is a fourth vase that is missing from the set and if she can find it in Zion National Park herself, she can make the case that the vases should be returned to the Pueblo Nation. She heads to the park where she meets a local ranger and native Puebloan, Adam Proudstar (Gridley). Adam is at first skeptical of Lauren’s motives, but reluctantly agrees to accompany her search for the missing vase. When they arrive at their destination, they discover that Hollingston has also started a search of his own. Believing that they failed and have run out of time a disappointed Lauren and Adam prepare to part, despite growing feelings for each other, but perhaps not all is lost when a family secret is revealed.
“Love in Zion National: A National Park Romance” is from Johnson Production Group. Timothy O. Johnson and Joseph Wilka are executive producers. Robert Ballo serves as producer along Robin Conly is co-producer. Sam Irvin directed from a script by Bryar Freed and Jacob Cooney and a story by Conly.

Disgusting: Jared Fogle Audio Bragging About Sex with Children Heard In New Documentary [Video]
March 08, 2023 9:24 PM PST
Former Subway spoksperson Jared Fogle crimes against children are detailed in a new ID documentary, “Jared from Subway: Catching a Monster.”
The documentary includes disgusting real-life phone calls of Jared bragging about and planning sex with children.
via USA Today:
Once celebrated for his astonishing 245-pound weight loss, thanks to a diet of Subway’s low-fat sandwiches, authorities uncovered the true Fogle, one that hundreds of commercials failed to capture: a perverse, power-drunk man who abused 14 minors.
Fogle’s undoing is the focus of Investigation Discovery’s three-hour docuseries, “Jared from Subway: Catching a Monster” (Monday, 9 EST/PST and now streaming on Discovery+). Filmmakers interviewed Fogle’s former classmates, radio host-turned-informant Rochelle Herman – who befriended Fogle to expose his attraction to minors – and two of Fogle’s victims, Christian Showalter and Hannah Parrett. Fogle declined to participate in the docuseries, according to filmmakers.
Herman first met Fogle in 2006 when she hosted him on her local Florida radio show. She was uncomfortable with Fogle’s flirty nature and disturbed when he told her that he found middle school girls hot. Herman, a mother of two, suspected Fogle of deviant behavior and thought if she befriended him and recorded their phone calls, she might obtain evidence she could take to the FBI.
During their chats, he told her he found minors attractive because “They just have such nice, pure bodies.” He said being with someone 9 or 10 would be “really hot.”
Herman took her tapes to the FBI, but the agents told her that because she had recorded Fogle without his knowledge, the tapes were inadmissible in court. So she became an informant for the FBI, keeping up her relationship with Fogle and handing over their taped chats to the agency.
This went on for about three years, and Herman became frustrated. The FBI attempted to lure Fogle to Sarasota, Florida, for a fake children’s birthday party to prove he was willing to cross state lines in order to have sex with a minor. Due to a last-minute change in Fogle’s schedule, he was unable to attend the party and the sting operation was foiled.
Indiana State Police Capt. Chuck Cohen received a tip that Russell Taylor, then the executive director of Fogle’s philanthropic organization, sent images that depicted bestiality. Cohen explains in the documentary that possessing such images is not illegal, but performing sexual acts with animals is. So authorities obtained a warrant and searched Taylor’s home in April 2015.
During their search, they discovered that Taylor had hidden cameras throughout the home and in the bedrooms of his stepdaughters, Showalter and Parrett. The cameras captured the girls during vulnerable moments, like when they were undressing, as well as their friends. Authorities found more than 500 explicit images.
Through the investigation into Taylor, authorities discovered he had sent an image of a naked minor to Fogle. Fogle responded to the image, asking when he could have sex with the child, which triggered an investigation.
Steven Debrota, an assistant U.S. attorney at the time, says in the docuseries that Taylor gave Fogle a thumb drive and a laptop with child porn. A search warrant was granted and authorities raided Fogle’s home on July 7, 2015.
Fogle allegedly spent $12,000 a year on sex workers, Debrota says in “Jared from Subway.” In text messages obtained during the investigation of Fogle, he wrote to an undisclosed recipient, “I’ll pay you big for a 14- or 15-year-old .. ’cause it’s what I crave!” He added of his preference: the “Younger the better LOL.”
Debrota says Fogle had sex with underage sex workers while staying at The Plaza and The Ritz-Carlton hotels in New York.
In August 2015, Fogle pleaded guilty to possession or distribution of child pornography and traveling across state lines to have commercial sex with a minor. He is serving a 15-year sentence at a Colorado prison.
15 years doesn’t seem nearly long enough.

NFL, College Teams Continue to Expand The Lineup For Third Annual Coach Knapp Stair Climb Campaign
The Coach Knapp Memorial Fund, named in honor of veteran NFL assistant coach Greg Knapp, dedicated to educating drivers on the dangers of distracted driving, reduce the number of distracted driving related deaths, and promote distracted driving awareness reform, today announced its expanded lineup of nearly half of the NFL and over a dozen NCAA teams participating in this fall’s “Coach Knapp Stair Climb.” This coming weekend, two new Universities, The University of Houston (October 12) and Syracuse University (October 14) will be the latest additions to the roster. The next NFL team to take to the stairs will be the L.A. Rams on October 20, prior to their game against the Las Vegas Raiders.
In honor of Coach Knapp, NFL coaches, players, executives and alumni will participate in raising funds and awareness at each NFL stadium prior to team warm ups. Teams confirmed to participate in the stair climb include: Packers, Colts, Titans, Rams, Jets, Browns, Texans, 49ers, Commanders, Falcons. Participating NCAA teams include: Oregon State University, Georgia State University, University of Oregon, University of Houston, Syracuse University, Sacramento State, Boston College, Butler University, East Carolina University, Ripon College, Rice University, University of Utah.
This fall marks the third annual Coach Knapp Stair Climb, with this year’s initiative starting even earlier with participation kicking off with Georgia State University and Oregon State University participating in the preseason this past August. Over 500 coaches, players and staff will be participating in various forms on game days, easily eclipsing the goal of 20+ participating teams.
The fund, which has raised over $250,000 to date already, was created by Greg’s wife, Charlotte, and close friend and agent, Jeff Sperbeck, to honor the legacy of Greg Knapp who tragically passed away in July 2021 after being hit by a distracted driver while he was bicycling. Coach Knapp was known for climbing the stadium stairs before every single NFL game he coached over his 25 season career. All will be tagged #knappstairclimb on social platforms.
“I was with Coach Knapp in Denver in 2013, and he was somebody that was really influential for me as a young coach,” said Colts Offensive Coordinator Jim Bob Cooter, who participated in the Knapp Stair Climb last month alongside the coaching staff of the Green Bay Packers. “He actually got me started running the stadium stairs before games, which is a habit that I have held onto. Coach Knapp was such a beloved figure in the coaching community, and I’m blessed to have the opportunity to help honor his legacy.”
At the time of his passing, Knapp was recently named Passing Game Coordinator of the New York Jets under head coach Robert Saleh, after serving as an assistant coach for over a quarter of a century with the Atlanta Falcons, Denver Broncos, Oakland (now Las Vegas) Raiders, Houston Texans, Seattle Seahawks and San Francisco 49ers. Known as a “quarterback whisperer,” Greg coached some of the greatest quarterbacks in NFL history helping chart the careers of many young athletes with kindness, humor and trust.
Additional participants will be announced in the coming weeks.
Fans, athletes, and coaches at any level can also participate wherever is most convenient to them across the country, such as apartment building stairs or a high school sports stadium. Images will be shared on various social channels.
To learn more on how you can get involved, details can be found at https://www.knappmemorial.org/stairclimb

Black Pastors Pressure Biden to Call for a Cease-Fire in Gaza (NYT) As the Israel-Hamas war enters its fourth month, a coalition of Black faith leaders is pressuring the Biden administration to push for a cease-fire—a campaign spurred in part by their parishioners, who are increasingly distressed by the suffering of Palestinians and critical of the president’s response to it. More than 1,000 Black pastors representing hundreds of thousands of congregants nationwide have issued the demand. In sit-down meetings with White House officials, and through open letters and advertisements, ministers have made a moral case for President Biden and his administration to press Israel to stop its offensive operations in Gaza, which have killed thousands of civilians. They are also calling for the release of hostages held by Hamas and an end to Israel’s occupation of the West Bank. The effort at persuasion also carries a political warning, detailed in interviews with a dozen Black faith leaders and their allies. Many of their parishioners, these pastors said, are so dismayed by the president’s posture toward the war that their support for his re-election bid could be imperiled.
Shutting down the border (Washington Post) President Biden’s surprise declaration Friday that he would “shut down” the southern border when illegal crossings surge to overwhelming levels illustrates how his many other efforts to address immigration have fallen short of their goals. Biden signed more executive orders related to immigration than any other topic on his first day in office. He’s taken more than 500 executive actions since then, according to a recent tally by the nonpartisan Migration Policy Institute (MPI). Last month 249,785 illegal crossings were recorded along the U.S.-Mexico border, the highest monthly total ever, and Biden officials acknowledge the majority of the migrants were released into the United States with pending claims for protection. The latest influx has worsened strains on New York, Chicago, Denver and other cities whose Democratic mayors are pleading for more federal aid to shelter and assist the newcomers.
Show me the money: Damages and penalties (Politico) A jury ordered Trump to pay E. Jean Carroll $83 million in defamation damages, and a judge’s ruling is expected very soon in the civil business fraud trial in which prosecutors have asked for a $370 million penalty. That raises the prospect that the former president could be out $450 million in the span of a week (notwithstanding appeals)—a head-spinning sum even for such a wealthy man. It’s “a financial threat unlike any he has experienced in decades,” NYT’s Ben Protess, Maggie Haberman and Susanne Craig write, not to mention a threat to his ego and business reputation.
The Brazilian crime fighters that weigh 1,800 pounds. (WSJ) Some military police personnel on Marajó Island saddle up and patrol on horned buffalo, which have an unusually robust presence on the island. The animals can chase suspects across soggy mud flats and through thick swamps during the rainy season, police say. The buffaloes’ presence seems to deter criminals.
French farmers aim to put Paris ‘under siege’ in tractor protest. (AP) France’s interior ministry on Sunday ordered a large deployment of security forces around Paris as angry farmers threatened to head toward the capital, hours after climate activists hurled soup at the glass protecting the “Mona Lisa” painting at the Louvre Museum. French farmers are putting pressure on the government to respond to their demands for better remuneration for their produce, less red tape and protection against cheap imports. Speaking after an emergency meeting on Sunday evening, Interior Minister Gerald Darmanin said 15,000 police officers are being deployed, mostly in the Paris region.
After Two Years of Bloody Fighting, Ukraine Wrestles With Conscription (NYT) When Russian troops and tanks invaded Ukraine in February 2022, tens of thousands of Ukrainians rushed to serve in the army in a surge of patriotic fervor. The influx of fighters who dutifully answered their draft notices or enlisted as volunteers helped to repel Russia’s initial assault and thwart the Kremlin’s plans to decapitate the Ukrainian government. But after nearly two years of bloody fighting, and with Ukraine once again in need of fresh troops to fend off a new Russian push, military leaders can no longer rely solely on enthusiasm. More men are avoiding military service, while calls to demobilize exhausted frontline soldiers have grown. The change in mood has been particularly evident in the heated debates over a new mobilization bill that could lead to drafting up to 500,000 troops. The bill has catalyzed discontent in Ukrainian society about the army recruitment process, which has been denounced as riddled with corruption and increasingly aggressive. Many lawmakers have said that some of its provisions, like barring draft dodgers from buying real estate, could violate human rights.
Ukraine’s hopes for victory over Russia are slipping away (Washington Post) It’s hard to ignore the sense of desperation in Ukraine’s corridors of power. Nearing two years since Russia launched its full-scale invasion, authorities in Kyiv maintain their long-standing entreaty to partners in the West: Deliver us more arms, more aid, more political commitments. President Volodymyr Zelensky toured Western capitals at the end of last year, pleading for support amid growing international fatigue with the conflict and paralysis in U.S. Congress over new supplemental funding for Kyiv. Around the same time, his top general, Valery Zaluzhny, bemoaned the “stalemate” that had set into place after the much-anticipated Ukrainian counteroffensive in 2023 failed to make strategic headway against Russia’s deep defensive lines. U.S. officials and their Western counterparts, as my colleagues reported over the weekend, anticipate a lean year ahead, where Ukraine’s increasingly exhausted forces focus more on consolidating their defense than chipping away at Russia’s land-grabs. The Kremlin controls roughly a fifth of Ukraine’s internationally-recognized territory—including Crimea, and a broad sweep of Ukraine’s southeast.
China Evergrande has been ordered to liquidate. The real estate giant owes over $300 billion (AP) A Hong Kong court ordered China Evergrande, the world’s most heavily indebted real estate developer, to undergo liquidation following a failed effort to restructure $300 billion owed to banks and bondholders that fueled fears about China’s rising debt burden. “It would be a situation where the court says enough is enough,” Judge Linda Chan said Monday. She said it was appropriate for the court to order Evergrande to wind up its business given a “lack of progress on the part of the company putting forward a viable restructuring proposal” as well as Evergrande’s insolvency. China Evergrande Group is one of the biggest of a series of Chinese developers that have collapsed since 2020 under official pressure to rein in surging debt the ruling Communist Party views as a threat to China’s slowing economic growth.
A group of Japanese citizens launches lawsuit against police to stop alleged ‘racial profiling’ (AP) A group of Japanese citizens, including a man of Pakistani descent, launched a civil lawsuit against the country’s police on Monday, accusing the authorities of racial profiling and discrimination and demanding an end to the alleged practice. The case, to be heard in Tokyo District Court, comes as Japan in recent years has seen an influx of workers from abroad. The number of non-Japanese living in Japan reached a record high last year, at nearly 3 million people. One of the three plaintiffs, Syed Zain, a 26-year-old Japanese citizen of Pakistani descent, says he has been repeatedly stopped by police, including getting searched in front of his home. He has lived in Japan for two decades, attended Japanese schools and is fluent in the language, he said. “They don’t recognize us as a Japanese,” he said of the police. “From the first moment, they think I’m a criminal.” The plaintiffs claim that getting stopped by police for apparently no reason violates the Japanese constitution, which provides equality under the law and prohibits discrimination on the basis of race.
The future of the U.N.’s largest Gaza agency is in doubt (NYT) More than a dozen countries, including the U.S., have halted donations to the U.N. aid agency in Gaza after Israel accused its employees of participating in the Hamas-led Oct. 7 attacks. Israel has presented intelligence to the U.S. detailing the allegations, including that one worker kidnapped a woman and another took part in a massacre at a kibbutz. The U.N. is investigating the accusations. But Israeli officials, many of whom have long accused UNRWA of being influenced by Hamas, are debating whether they miscalculated in sharing the evidence. The agency warned that without renewed funding its operations could cease by the end of February, leaving a vacuum in the distribution of food and aid—a role some Israeli security chiefs do not want to have to fill.
Gaza's largest remaining hospital is near collapse, Doctors Without Borders says (NPR) Doctors Without Borders says the largest remaining medical facility in the Gaza Strip, Nasser Hospital, is now unable to provide critical medical care. The nonprofit medical organization said in a statement on Friday that there are now few places for those who need care in Khan Younis to go. The Israeli army said on Tuesday that it had encircled Khan Younis, Gaza's second largest city, and was battling Hamas fighters. Israel intensified fighting this week and ordered the evacuation of everyone in certain neighborhoods, including the hospital. Nasser Hospital is one of the main medical facilities operating in Khan Younis. Gaza's health ministry reported on Wednesday that no one was able to enter or exit because of bombardment. The hospital was also sheltering thousands of displaced Palestinians who had escaped fighting elsewhere in Gaza.
U.S. mixed up enemy, friendly drones in attack that killed 3 troops (Washington Post) American air defenses failed to intercept an attack drone that killed three U.S. troops and wounded dozens in Jordan because the incoming aircraft was mistaken for a friendly drone returning to the base, officials said Monday. The weaponized drone struck the soldiers’ living quarters, described as containerized housing, at a facility known as Tower 22 in northeastern Jordan, where its border converges with Syria and Iraq. Sabrina Singh, a Pentagon spokeswoman, said the attack occurred early Sunday as personnel at the base were still in bed asleep. The Pentagon has revised the number of personnel injured in the attack, from 34 to more than 40, Singh said. Another official said 47 troops were wounded as a result of the incident. President Biden has vowed to retaliate, but as of Monday afternoon neither the Pentagon nor the White House had conclusively determined from which country the attack originated, officials said. Efforts to identify the specific group responsible also were ongoing.
Insurance (Bloomberg) The average bill for the repair of an American vehicle is $4,437, and for an electric vehicle that is up to $6,618, about 49 percent higher. Collision insurance claims have increased 64 percent between 2018 and 2022, fueled by increasingly sophisticated cars and more complicated things that need to get fixed when they get broken. No longer are we just hammering out dents, but rather we’re taking computers out of the car and fixing it.
