Rating Wakfu Couple

3/10 Ogrest X Dathura (canon)

These two are not meant to be in a romantic relationship. Possibly, even with another person. These two are no more that newborns, they have no understanding of what it is to be in this type of relationship. But I found it perfect to be in the same family. They both need love and acceptance. Dathura is therefore more of a big sister than a love interest.

5/10 Eva X Tristepin

I just think that their relationship beginnings (season 1 and season 2) took turns too tight. Their early relationship is really pushed by the authors that at first we wondered: "but why they are together"

At my level, it had them to become parents to look like a couple that is made to last. Until the end or the sad past catches up with them.

6/10 Chibi X Mina (canon)

Calm down at first and know that this couple is CANON and I find it beautiful. I love mythological stories, and in my books when your parents created the universe, you’re going to marry one of your sibling to lead your people and create a world.

And these two have father and mother’s lives for their other brothers and sisters, and for their people.

7/10 Poo X Kali (canon)

Seen in the manga Ogrest. Impossible to expand too much on why without spoiling the story. But these two have a common background and their personality balances perfectly.

7/10 Qilby X Chibi

What better for absolute curiosity than the absolute inventor.

For better understanding of they dinamyc I find this fic resuming all the possibility

(I will not make them all would become a little uniquity otherwise)

8/10 Amalia X Yugo (canon)

Season 4 had to exist and the webtoon took over for me to catch the inter of these two. Even if I have seen this couple build little by little, I find that they have not had enough emblematic or more significant moments. Yes I think of the marriage with Harebourg, if the guy had not had a spider on the ceiling, it would be Amalia X Harebourg in this place and they would have a lower score.

9/10 Qilby X Otomaï

At first, we find the same qualities present as if Qilby was with Chibi. But with a worship more turned towards the future. If he had a deeper redemptive bow, it would be a perfect choice.

Moreover Otomai having taken in complexity in the manga Ogrest and not only in good. But unlike Qilby he tries to learn from his mistakes, the important thing is to try. The idea of seeing these two go a long way together is rather comforting

10/10 Alia X Bordegann (canon)

Perfect fairy tale couple. If we touch their happiness of this little couple I going to be very upset. 👩🏻‍❤️‍💋‍👨🏻

10/10 Jiva X Ulgrud (canon)

Lets them reste now, please. 😿

11/10 Noximillien X Galante (canon)

Galante loved her husband and it broke her to go away from him, but she put their child’s life before her happiness. Also, if the chaos of Ogrest had not prevailed, Nox would NEVER have seen the light of day. But it’s their love that makes Nox the best villain we’ve ever had.

20/10 Nora X Amalia

I quickly fell in love with this possible couple. Who in addition to filling the gaps between yumalia and a strong couple. At first, I’m a little biased because Nora, one of my favorite characters from the game on XBOX (2011), not to mention the fears that this character is ruined. She had finally returned. ❤️❤️❤️❤️ (She is doomed but snif) BUT the possibility of these two warrior princesses exists and being together is really my absolute (in this ranking)

How Sweet.

[for a bit of explanation, i grew up with the original french dub so i'll be using "dally"'s french name and nickname. the "n" in "pin" is silent]

"Eva!" Tristepin called over to the cra in his traveling party, a bright and cheery look on his face like he had another of his dumb ideas. A look Evangelyne was all too familiar with.

"Yes? what is it, Pin-Pin?" Evangelyne sighed as he confidently marched over to her, a hint of a playful tone as she called him by the nickname he claimed was "too childish".

"Clear your schedule for tonight, because we have plans!" He stated rather matter-of-factly, a smug and proud smile to match the proud pose he had with his hands on his hips. Clearly he thought he was being smooth, lucky for him she found his attitude amusing.

"We do? What are we doing tonight?" She asked, raising an eyebrow with her question and shifting her wait to lean on one side with a hand on her waist. "You arent planning to fight anyone are you? you better not have signed us up for some fighting tournament-" she started scolding.

"no! no, no, no! Not a fight, Eva! i found a place to have dinner tonight!" he explained.

"oh, well thats a nice change." she smiled, dropping her scolding demeanor and casually crossing her arms over her chest.

"yes! I promise, it's a nice place in town, we'll go tonight, yeah?" he grinned, seemingly excited which was no surprise to anyone for him to be excited about food.

"okay" she shrugged, clearly not thinking too much of it but agreed and turned back to catch up with Amalia ahead of them.

"Evaaa, did i hear that right?" Amalia grinned at her friend rather mischievously.

"what...? why are you looking at me like that?" Evangelyne asked, quirking a brow at the princess' behaviour.

"did Tristepin ask you on a date and you just said yes? just like that?" the sadida giggled teasingly.

"w-what?? date? no, he was telling me about a place we could all eat tonight...wasnt he?" eva felt her face warm up as a slight blush appeared at the idea of a date.

"Evangelyne no! he asked you out!" Amalia insisted, slightly narrowing her eyes at the blonde as she spoke.

"oh boy, what have i gotten myself into?" Eva sighed and dragged a hand over her face as she did so in exasperation. She wasnt expecting this but did expect it to not go so well, the party did have a bit of a knack for getting into trouble and Tristepin did get himself into fights. he didnt exactly seem like the kind of guy that was very good with dates so you couldnt really blame her for expecting the night to not go so well.

Eventually the night did come, Amalia had insisted on helping Evangelyne get ready for her date, picking out a dress and doing her hair.

Eva stepped out of the inn the party had decided to stay at for the remaining time they would spend in the town, finding Tristepin waiting for her outside.

He had an arm behind his back and an amazed smile on his face as he looked at her. "Wow Eva! You look beautiful!" he complimented her, almost forgetting about the thing he hid behind himself. "oh-these are for you." he grinned, revealing a small bouquet and handing it over to her.

Evangelyne was a little taken aback by the surprise gift but smiled sweetly and took the bouquet from him with a small "Thank you."

Tristepin held out his arm for hers, his goofy prideful smile never faltering. "Shall we go then, my lady?"

Eva linked her arm with his, bouquet held close in the other hand, and nodded. "what's this place you had in mind then?"

As they walked down the street, Tristepin guiding their path, Evangelyne couldnt help but brace herself for whenever the moment would arrive that things finally went south. Little did she know, Tristepin was hoping desperately that this would work out, even asking Yugo and Ruel earlier for tips and advice.

Tristepin lead the two of them down the streets of the town, a short walk down to the little restaurant he'd spotted earlier that day. It was a quiet walk, the silence filled with a nervous and awkward tension.

When they arrived, Tristepin made sure to hold the door open for her, to pull her chair out and seat her himself. He had always referred to himself as a gentleman and tried showing it whenever he could, though normally his efforts were spoiled by his clumsiness or over eager attitude towards fighting, however tonight he expressed chivalry with ease.

Evangelyne found herself smiling fondly as they sat at the table together, once again thinking to herself "so far so good".

"So, Eva, what do you think? pretty nice place, eh?" Tristepin smiled brightly, though his demeanor gave away he was searching for conversation starters out of nervousness.

"Actually, yes, and very surprising too, coming from you." Eva admitted with a playful tone.

"yea-wait" Tristepin stopped himself from agreeing when he processed her words. "what do you mean 'coming from me'? is it really a surprise i picked out a nice place?" he tilted his head as he asked, confused, curious and ever so slightly offended by her remark, her teasing going over his head.

Eva only giggled at his reaction in response before a waiter came over to their table to take their order. After drinks and food were decided upon, the waiter wrote down their orders and left them to chat while they waited on their meals.

"so..." Tristepin spoke up, nervously glancing to the side and poking his fingers together. "what do you think so far?" he looked pretty cute when he got all shy like that.

"this is really nice. no fighting, just us enjoying a meal at a nice place, i like it." Evangelyne smiled honestly at Tristepin. it was a really nice change of pace from their adventures and it seemed to be going smoothly too, she was happy.

Tristepin smiled back brightly at her response, glad things were going so well for once and that she was enjoying herself.

Their food and drinks soon arrived and they chatted a bit amongst themselves while they ate, learning a little bit more about each other and sharing some experiences from their adventures.

Soon enough the night was ending and they were headed out back to the in. The bouquet from earlier still in her hand, Eva linked her arm with Tristepin's once again and they left the restaurant together, heading back down the street as lamplight lit the way and stars started filling the sky.

Eva found herself laughing at Tristepin's story as they made their way, he found himself smiling and a little flustered rather than upset at someone laughing.

Eventually they said goodnight to each other as they reached the hallway to their rooms in the inn.

"Pin-Pin, wait-" Evangelyne put a hand on his arm to stop him before they parted ways and planted a kiss on his cheek. "Thank you"

He stood there a minute with a red face before a huge lovestruck grin spread upon his face and he brought his fist into the air and back with a quiet little "Yes!"

Eva entered the room she shared with Amelia to find the princess standing in the middle of the room with a curious smile on her face. "Sooo?? how was your date, Eva?" She giggled before noticing the flowers Eva was holding.

"oh! he gave you flowers! oh how sweet!" Amelia smiled.

Evangelyne gave a shy smile in response, a light blush dusting her face. "Yeah...How Sweet."

LOOSE SCREENSHOT REDRAW TO EXPLAIN MY AU LET'S GO

I have been brainstorming nonstop for a Wakfu AU where I change a fuckton of things because i've just reached the point where this is my canon now and i'm gonna FIX IT

Anyways

summary I guess?

Amalia is the deity of the group in this AU. After a small rewatch I realised it was a lot more foreshadowed than Tristepin's deity, with her prophetic dreams and powerup given by the tree of life when fighting Razortime. So yeah!

Also Also the gods are dead, and their divinity has split on several vessels who live in the world of twelve, as well as their children, the demigods. Following this idea, Amalia is Sadida's heart, Goultard is Iop's fist, Tristepin is Iop's brain, and so on and so forth.

After the Rubilaxia events, Tristepin doesn't get his normal flesh body back, but gets a doll body made by Amalia. I'm debating whether or not he'd become a sort of masqueraider? since he'd be essentially a mix of Sadida and Iop, but since I'm a sucker for masqueraiders and the canon now belongs to me, he probably will be.

The (dumb but for some reason necessary) romantic subplot doesn't involve Cleophee, and is instead focused on a sort of "love triangle" between Eva, Tristepin and Remington.

Dally feels horny and Eva s too  Dally got some stamina after all After how many rounds Eva would get tired ?

First of all, the first question accidentally fits the “roses are red” poem perfectly. “Roses are red, violets are blue, Dally feels horny and Eva is too”.

Amalia knew it was wrong to read her best friend’s diary, but she already found a loophole for her defence: it was already open and lying in public, and no one could stop her from accidentally reading it. 

She took a quick glance at the pages detailing their journeys and noticed a tiny heart scribbled in the corner of one of the pages. Eva, who spent most of her time in the armory, has never been too fond of the lovey-dovey stuff, which piqued the princess’ interest even more. And as she read the page, she understood it and let out a coo. It was just a few days after they rescued Tristepin from his kinda-afterlife, and she could only imagine that Eva had a great idea to welcome him and prove that his body was okay.

She snickered, and flipped a few pages, only to find a heart dotted on a next one.

And two on the next one. 

And two more there.

And though Eva hasn’t stopped being dutiful about their journeys, suddenly the edges of the diary resembled those of every teenager in love ever. Sometimes,a heart would appear at the start of the day, after the lunch, sometimes in the middle of the lunch, and the page would usually end with at least three of them. 

Suddenly, a familiar envy began bubbling in Amalia’s guts, perhaps caused by that fact that Yugo hasn’t made any advances so far, and she quickly flipped the the last page, to see how that affair has developed. She snickered, seeing that during last day there was only one heart, until her jaw dropped when she saw what came after.

I've met J&J 😍 like RL Eva and Tristepin, like truly. AND THEY ARE SO NICE OMYGAD! They texted us so we were able to find each other, they even agreed to take pics with us, but it was unfortunately too late and so the people of the event asked us to leave 😌😫 I'll make my cosplay better as it was kinda shitty x) and come back to them next year haha ready for pics!

Wakfu season 3 start impression   ( warning spoiler until ep 5 )

I have mixed feelings about the season start. 

The first one was a really good first episode. Seeing the percedal family was awesome. Pregnant Eva kicking some ass? I agree!! I was a little scared about Adamai, but seriously after this ep, He’s a perfect villain. And seeing him be so cruel when he shows to Yugo the fake death of tristepin was a bit shocking when you remember it’s a kid show. It’s a really good start.

The second was okay, a little too long, but seeing the first fight of Elely and seeing Tristepin be proud of her was so heartwarming.

The third is definitely the best right now. We could see all characters doubts in a really cruel way. This poor characters were mentally broken and it’s a really big change. All their actions have consequences and it’s what they learn right now. The age progression was also interesting. And I think the Xelor ambience was really appropriate to a heavy episode. This is where the show goes really dark : themes, animation, colors...

The fourth....uumm. It’s was weird and too long. They spent too much time in front of that door. The tofu sequence was unecessary, and I really wanted to see more of that osamoda and of her discussion with Elely. This ep could have been very interresting if the main point was the different vision of this two. This type of ep is cool but the show has only 13 ep. I don’t think humor has to be the focus. But I’m not complaining too much because Yugo and Amalia almost kiss and that was awesome!! Everybody has their priorities! x) But if the main story was the point it could have been an okay ep. In reality it’s just a meh ep... But I really apprecitate the approach of the animals condition. This theme isn’t shown enough in media!!!

The fifth is much more interresting but not as much as the third. It’s what I call “the loyalty mission” ( thanks mass effect ). Basically this ep was focus on Tristepin and on his relationship with Goultard. We saw in the third that Tristepin regret “his” past actions. And reunited him with Goultard was a brilliant idea and it got my “lost interest since ep 4″ back. It was an awesome fight, but we don’t really see Tristepin struggles or Goultard’s hate. I wanted a little more tears. But I guess this ep was okay. At least Tristepin can be in peace with himself now.

Conclusion, the first three episodes bring me hope. But the following last two was too messy and uninterresting. I trust them it has so much potential but it could also really easily falling apart. But the characters are good, the big villains ( oropo adamai and echo ) seems to be really cool and I want to see them more. I love Elely and Flopin, I know Elely piss off some of you, but it’s definitely the children season.

·      the first character i ever fell in love with: I kinda started the show because of being interested in Rémington Smisse after friends used him in fan projects. Guess who’s still my fave.

·      a character that i used to love/like, but now do not: Adamaï. Because he caused the relationship drama in the OVAs that STILL hasn’t been resolved. I realize he and Yugo were probably equally responsible, but Adamaï is the one who actually left the team over it.

·      a ship that i used to love/like, but now do not: Rémington/Evangelyne. I LOVED the Foe Yay when it first happened, to the point of actually not really wanting Tristepin back. But as time went on, the dysfunction of it kinda bugged me. It’s something I like to see more among a couple of villains than with someone like Eva. 

·      my ultimate favorite character™: Rémington Smisse. Booyah.

·      prettiest character: Rémington Smisse.

·      my most hated character: None are springing to mind immediately. I don’t really have a burning, passionate hatred for Adamaï. Maybe he wins the spot by default

·      my OTP: Non-crossover: Kriss/Maud and Goultard/Otomaï in a direct tie. Crossover: Rémington x Mad Madam Mim (The Sword in the Stone).

·      my NOTP: Rémington/Eva. I have fallen that far. 

·      favorite episode: The S2 finale. I believe the English title is “The Eliatropes.” It has some of the most beautiful animation I’ve seen in ANYTHING.

·      saddest death: Noximilien. 

·      favorite season: S2 upped the stakes, I liked Qilby as a Big Bad better than Nox, and S2 has Rémington.

·      least favorite season: Can I just say the OVAs for being so short, skipping so much time, and having the Adamaï fallout?

·      character that everyone else in the fandom loves, but i hate: I’m sure a lot of people don’t think it was Adamaï’s fault.

·      my ‘you’re piece of trash, but you’re still a fave’ fave: Rémington Smisse.

·      my ‘beautiful cinnamon roll who deserves better than this’fave: Amalia.

·      my ‘this ship is wrong, nasty, and makes me want to cleansemy soul, but i still love it’ ship: None anymore!

·      my ‘they’re kind of cute, and i lowkey ship them, but i’m nottoo invested’ ship: Tristepin/Eva, Amalia/Eva

"Ha! You don't scare me!" You laughed at some big guy trying to play up the macho act to scare of you and your friends. 

"Uh, as much as I admire your bravery and all, these guys have weapons and ours are out of reach right now, so maybe don't taunt the muscle guy babe??" Evangelyne warned you, motioning to the sword, bow, doll and shovel sitting safely against a rock next to the rest of the groups belongings.

You had all stopped to make some shelter and rest since the sun was setting, but a group of bandits surprised you and got between you all and your things.

Yugo was off helping gather wood and Kindle for the fire so it was only a matter of time for the kid to get back and portal the place up. You were pretty confident you could all win this as soon as Yugo showed up.

"Relax, Eva, we don't even have anything worth stealing so there's no point in these guys fighting us" you buffed, stalling for yugo.

"Ha! Nothing on ya huh? Then what's that scroll there in the pretty lady's hand?" One of the bandits pointed at scribble, the map Eva was holding, to which the shushu gave a muffled response, likely happy over being praised for his worth being recognized.

"Uh...just some cursed paper, you don't want it, trust me" Eva tried playing along with your bluff.

"Cursed paper? What kinda curse?" The bandit stepped closer, eyeing her up. That's what set you off and got you defensive. No one tries to make a pass at your girlfriend and gets away with it.

You stood in front of Evangelyne, creating a block between her and the bandit. "Back. Off." You warned.

"Piss off human, you're cute but really annoying, y'know that?" He snarled, gripping a shortsword. 

"I'll show you annoying!" You stepped forward only for a flash of blue to wiz past, around the camp and stop with a skid on the ground nearby. Yugo was back and just in time.

He portals everyone's weapons to them and the fight breaks out immediately. And just like you thought the party had taken out the bandits on no time... except, now...you felt strange about it.

Maybe you were just upset you didn't get to land a hit on the guy who tried to flirt with your girlfriend, so you kicked him in the side while he was down.

"Feel better?" Evangelyne asks, placing a hand on your arm and offering a warm smile.

"Yeah" you grumbled. No. No you didn't.

The party finished setting up camp, the bandits were tied up around the rock out of the way and Raoul got a fire going with adamai's help.

You sat on a small rock by the fire while Yugo was cooking, but the smell of food being prepared didn't make you feel better like it usually would.

The group laughed about the encounter, making comments and jokes to pass the time. You'd mostly zoned it out until tristepin spoke up and mentioned you.

"Man they really thought they had us, and with your act too! Youre so tough for a defenseless human, y'know! So brave for standing up for Evangelyne like that! Very noble of you! I bet if you had a weapon you'd be about as half as fierce as me by now!" 

His comment was a back handed compliment slapped across your face. Now you got why you felt so weird. Your heart felt like it sank to a pit in your stomach as it picked up pace and your chest closed up. 

You shot up from where you sat and moved away from the campfire, finding a spot under the moonlight and staring at your hands as they shook.

Breathing was difficult, way harder than it should ever be. Your face felt wet, why was it wet? Why were you crying? We're those tears at your feet now? You're strong even without a weapon why are you crying?

You totally could have beat that guy up if yugo hadn't arrived, you were more than capable of taking on those bandits and defending your girlfriend, you've stood up for her before! 

So why were you now curling up with your knees to your chest and hyperventilating where you sat on the ground?

It wasn't until a gentle hand touched your shoulder and and arm pulled you into a warm hug did you snap out of your spiralling panicked thoughts.

"Sshhh, it's okay, love" Eva hushed you softly as she held you. "Just take deep breaths okay?"

Great, now your girlfriend had seen you break down. Your really are just a weak human, huh?

"Deep breaths, dear. Tell me what's wrong" Eva softly encouraged you. Her concerned eyes and sweet smile met your own glossy eyes.

"Eva...am I..." You took a second to steady your breathing before attempting to talk again. "Do you think I'm weak?" 

Her face changed to surprise when you asked. "No, of course not! Ugh, he's going to get such an earful for insulting you like that. I was already holding back punching that bandit When he made a comment, now that stupid Iop crossed a line!" She huffed, crossing her arms.

"You...I don't care..about the human comments, I don't need you to stand up for me over it" to told her, but something about that caught a lump in your throat.

"Hey it's not like I don't think you can't stand up for yourself, I know you're a very independent person, you know how to handle yourself and I love that about you." Evangelyne told you, face softening again.

"You're really strong and I admire you so much, I mean it" she placed a kiss on your forehead. "You definitely would have given that bandit a good beating if yugo hadn't stepped in." She smiled.

You gave her a small smile in return. "Thanks...but...maybe tristepin is right...I'm just a defenseless human." You started but she placed a hand over your mouth to silence you.

"Nuh uh. You are not. You may be the only human I know aside from yugo and Raoul, but youre my favourite. Youre strong, maybe not strong in the same way as everyone else but that doesn't mean you're weak. And if it's a weapon you want then a weapon we'll get for you. Okay?"

You leaned your head on her shoulder and muttered an okay, feeling just a bit better, but still another matter bothering you at the core.

"I'm sorry"

"Why? What for?" Her voice had a lot of surprise mixed with affection.

"For breaking down and being all.. dramatic like that." You huffed.

"Never apologize for crying, or for any of that. Okay?" She told you sternly before holding you close again. "It's okay to cry, to be scared, to feel sad. All of that is normal and not something to be ashamed of. You're allowed to be vulnerable, my love."

Her embrace and gently words calmed you down, nestling into her arms with a sigh. "I just...feel like you shouldn't have to see me this way."

"Why not? You're my girlfriend, seeing you cry isn't going to make me love you any less" she told you, pressing a kiss on top of your head.

"Come on, let's get some food before bed okay? Yugo's probably done cooking now" she stood up and offered you her hand, to which you took and walked back to camp with her.

When you say down again, tristepin asked what happened but Eva quickly smacked him upside the head. "Don't you dare call her a defenseless human again, hear me, idiot?"

"Yes ma'am" he pouted, rubilax laughing at his feet over the iop's pain. 

Evangelyne took her seat next to you, a smug smile appearing on her face when she saw the proud smile you had.

"I love you" you sighed.

"I love you too, dear"
