really had to think about this lol, because i'm not super enthusiastic about german cuisine, even though there are things i genuinely like. it's not specific to the region i live, but i like Maultaschen. there aren't much different than any sort of dumpling in other countries, etc, but i like them. Apfelstrudel is a classic i guess

5. favourite song in your native language?

vater by soap & skin .................. song of all time. currently listening to a lot of falco too (though he was austrian, counting him though bc the question is about native lanuage)

ough. eva strittmatter, else lasker schüler, rainer maria rilke, herta müller, lou andreas-salome (technically not *native* though), hermann hesse, etc etc there's plenty of other german authors whose works i've read and liked but i'm not really the type to go through someone's bibliography

Just catching up on last night’s first look Hollyoaks and after Esther refuses to let Myra eat the leftovers at The Bean, Myra tells Mercedes “no wonder Grace shot her!”

Except, she didn’t. We all know Eva did and several people (Jack, Frankie, Darren and Nancy to name four) witnessed it. Not to mention that fact that it was common knowledge in the village that Eva had disappeared because of what she did. It was only Kim who told Esther that Grace had shot her and Esther’s family soon put her right when Kim’s dastardly ways were revealed.

So why does Myra think Grace did it? Does Myra genuinely believe that Grace shot Esther or was this simply a mistake in the script that nobody picked up on?
