“Free spare room in Dandenong,” another ad reads. “Rent is free and so is the sex and only for women no men.” In Coffs Harbour, a “house boy” offers sex in exchange for a free room. “House boy … looking for a room for to rent for sex, will do anything you say,” he writes.

In trendy Newtown in Sydney’s inner-west, another ad offers a free room in exchange for “regular three times a week sex”. “All bills, included, in addition to broadband internet usage (as long as you don’t take crazy long showers and keep the heater on all night),” the ad says.
