Only Emmett’s third direct encounter with a new human and it just HAD to be this guy 🙄

Despite his extremely threatening behavior and generally creepy demeanor, Murdoc has exactly zero intentions of letting any actual harm befall this little creature, least of all by his own hand… at first because he finds them so damn fascinating and adorable.. later, because he genuinely starts to care about them and even further down the line, because he’s fallen in love with them. Much to his initial chagrin-

But rest assured, once he’s figured out he cares about them, especially later as he figured out that he loves them, he is ridiculously protective of them and he does not respond well to anything or anyone that threatens their safety and/or happiness!
