With the strong flavor of ramps added to the classic Bloody Mary, this is a one-of-a-kind cocktail experience.

Ingredients: 2 oz ramp-infused vodka. 4 oz tomato juice. 1/2 oz lemon juice. 1/4 oz Worcestershire sauce. 1/4 oz hot sauce. Pinch of salt and pepper. Garnish: ramp spear, lemon wedge, celery stalk.

Instructions: Put vodka with ramps in it, tomato juice, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, salt, and pepper in a shaker. Use ice to shake it well. Pour through a strainer into an ice-filled glass. Put a spear of ramp, a wedge of lemon, and a stalk of celery on top. Enjoy! Serve cold.
