Anno sette del Periodo Kowa, nell'ex Blocco di Hokkaido occupato dall'Impero della Neo-Britannia vivono due fratelli, noti come i Mercenari Anonimi. Il maggiore, Ash, vanta eccellenti doti atletiche e abilità di controllo dei Knightmare Frame, mentre il minore, Rozé, ha le idee chiare e supervisiona la raccolta delle informazioni e la definizione delle strategie. Grazie a un impenetrabile muro di energia, il Muro di Situmpe, il 100° imperatore, Callis al Britannia, ostacola da quattro anni il piano di liberazione dei Cavalieri Neri per far ripiombare il mondo nel caos, servendosi dell'aiuto del suo servitore Norland e dei suoi Cavalieri Einberg. Rozé e Ash, insieme alla resistenza delle Sette Stelle Splendenti, vengono ingaggiati per affrontare l'Impero e liberare la principessa Sakuya.

La nuova serie del franchise è ambientata qualche anno dopo gli eventi del film Lelouch of the Re;surrection e sarà composta da 12 puntate in tutto.

So, rough outline of my Slayers/Naga fic so far;

* OC Leodin is shaking down bandits looking for one specific, dangerous bandit leader named Grohl. He runs into Naga during a raid, who freezes his legs to the ground and takes most of the loot.

* From there she continuously gets in the way of his quest and various missions he undertakes, mostly by taking the treasure at the last second or nabbing the bounty first or what have you. He finds her super annoying and hates how she keeps undermining him.

* Leodin eventually tracks down Grohl to an underground maze filled with monsters and traps. He fights one of Grohl's subordinates, but then Naga shows up again, has a brief fight and freezes Leodin to get to the treasure first. It turns out to be a dwarvish weapon similar to the axes Leodin wields.

* Naga ends up springing a trap that drains her magic and ensnares her. Grohl comes in and takes the weapon. Leodin catches up and confronts Grohl. They fight a bit, but Grohl uses the weapon to cause a cave in in order to escape. Leodin goes to chase after Grohl back towards the surface, but then sees Naga trapped and asking for help. After a brief internal struggle, Leodin stays behind to free Naga, and the two end up trapped within the maze.

* Leodin is furious that he let Grohl escape to save someone who's only been a thorn in his side, but he sets his anger aside as he and Naga try to figure a way out. The two manage to find an exit on the other side of a mountain after some bonding time and Naga's magic is regained.

* Naga tells Leodin she's searching for Lina Inverse, and that both she and Lina are bandit killers too. Naga and Leodin agree to travel together and become partners, figuring that Grohl might attract Lina's attention eventually. Grohl has a high bountybon his head anyway.

* Naga and Leodin go on various misadventures as they follow any leads they can on Grohl, and just so happen to run into a few of the towns Naga had been to before. They're often short on money and so have to take on quests and odd jobs.

* Some plots include entering a magic dance contest and getting stuck in a dungeon that forces you to reveal secrets to progress. Also maybe a hotsprings/beach chapter, we'll see.

* Leodin slowly starts to warm up to Naga, but is too proud and stubborn to admit it. Due to past trauma and severe trust issues, he's afraid of being emotionally open and vulnerable. Naga meanwhile enjoys teasing, needling, frustrating, and overall flustering Leodin in various ways, from stealing the food off his plate to showing off her body.

* The two wind up in the town of Stoner and meet the Einberg family from Slayers Great. Galia is planning to retire and give all his assets to his son Huey, but Laia has taken up golem crafting as well. Tired of being treated like a doormat, Laia wants to prove herself as being the better, more responsible heir. Galia decides they'll hold a golem contest to decide who should inherit the business.

* Leodin is jealous over all the attention Huey gives Naga's body and looks as he asks her to model for him again. In the midst of all the tension, Leodin inadvertently lets his attraction to Naga slip, but feels humiliated when Naga tries to nonchalantly play it off and not take it seriously. Leodin agrees to be the model for Laia's golem out of spite.

* the golems the siblings build can be controlled directly from the inside, so Leodin and Naga pilot them like it's G Gundam. Leodin and Naga's golems fight each other and many heated words are exchanged.

* Leodin vents and laments how he never told Naga he liked her because he knew she'd never feel the same. He thought she'd just tease and make fun of him for it because she doesn't care about his feelings, only for Naga to call him an idiot for not realizing she constantly teases and needles him because she likes him and thinks he's cute when he's flustered.

* both golems end up getting destroyed and everyone ends up having a heart to heart talk. Laia admits Huey is the better golem crafter, but Huey tells her she'd be much better at running the business and they took her for granted. They decide to team up in the end.

* Leodin and Naga decide they still want to be partners, and while they like each other, agree to take things slow.

* the search for Grohl and Lina ends up almost becoming a pretense for the two of them to stick together, until they finally run into Grohl once more. He's been gathering an army of mercenaries,  sorcerers, and creatures, but for an unknown purpose.

* Leodin fights Grohl for real, but chokes at a critical moment. Grohl damages Leodin's axes, and almost kills him before Naga fights off Grohl herself and rescues him. They get away, but she suffers a grievous wound.

* Leodin breaks down, telling Naga how much he really loves her, how she's the only person that's made him happy in years and the best friend he's ever made. With some quick thinking, Leodin is able to wield healing magic from a crystal and saves Naga.

* to repair his axes, they go back to Leodin's old home and meet his mentors; two dwarves, former warriors turned blacksmiths. They repair the axes, made from mythril and orihalcon, and Leodin's backstory is explained.

* Leodin was a runaway/orphan. When Leodin was 12-13, he met Grohl's band of warriors. Thinking they were heroic monster slayers, he followed them, wanting to join them. The group humored the kid until one day, to prove himself, Leodin slayed a monster on his own.

* It turns out that the monster her slayed was part of a scheme Grohl came up with; luring monsters towards defenseless towns and then making them pay him to kill the monsters.

* in anger over his plan being ruined, Grohl brutalized Leodin while his warriors, whom Leodin thought were his friends, watched. Leodin managed to slash at Grohl's face with a dagger and take out an eye, but Grohl simply tossed him off the top of a ravine in response.

* at the bottom of the ravine, the two dwarves found Leodin. They nursed him back to health and raised him for years, teaching him how to fight and trade crafts.

* the dwarves gifted him his mythril/orihalcon axes. One axe belonged to each dwarf as a sort of wedding gift. The weapon Grohl wields, a bardiche, is of Dwarven design as well and holds similar abilities but to far greater levels.

* when Leodin was old and strong enough, he set out to exact revenge on Grohl and his bandits, becoming an adventurer on the way to gain the strength and skill he would need. the dwarves warn Naga not to break their boy's heart because it's already fragile enough.

* they search for Grohl once more and learn his real target; Saillune. Naga is forced to reveal her true udentity as Gracia when she is called upon to help defend the kingdom as Grohl's forces are proving a formidable threat arracking the border towns. Leodin is taken back to learn Naga is a princess, as he holds royalty and nobles in contempt.

* Grohl attacks Saillune directly. Naga, Leodin, and Phil fight the invaders. Grohl manages to subdue and capture Phil, much to Naga's despair. Naga attempts to stop Grohl, but having witnessed her fear of blood in their previous encounter, he deliberately sheds blood to stop her and escape.

* Leodin learns of the assassination of Naga's mother and subsequent bloodbath, hence why she's afraid of blood. Leodin gains a new resolve to stop Grohl, no longer out of revenge but to prevent Naga from losing another parent and save her kingdom, paying her back for the happiness she's brought him.

* Naga and Leodin storm Grohl's fortress to free Phil and have their final battle. Grohl goes out of his way to make the fight as bloody as possible, cruelly slashing up Leodin's body to throw Naga off balance. Naga manages to overcome her phobia long enough to heal Leodin. Leodin and Naga together fight and defeat Grohl and his minions, leaving the bandit king alive but crippled as his forces are dispersed by the Saillune armies.

* with Phil and the kingdom safe, Naga is asked to come back and live her life as Gracia again. Leodin leaves before he hears her answer, certain now that he could never be with her. Leodin vents his anger and frustration by cutting down trees in the forest. He is no longer consumed by revenge, but without Naga his life feels empty and lonely now.

* he's stopped when Naga appears before him, teasingly calling him impatient for not waiting. She tells him her journey isn't over yet, but no matter where it takes her, she wants him by her side, and the two continue their adventures.

Elisabet svedberg socialstyrelsens etiksekretariat två etiska dilemman om äldre och mat att hamna i en situation som är svår att hantera eftersom inget av de möjliga handlingsalternativen framstår som självklart bättre än de andra kan.

Av resultatet framkom att demenssjukdomar kan leda till komplicerade etiska dilemman inom vården. Arbete på ett boende för personer med demens har jag själv stått inför val när det gäller etiska frågor. Ytterligare visar resultatet att.

Familjen har acklimatiserat sig bra i sverige. Några etiska dilemman som beskrivs är användandet av lögner och vilseledning hur säkerhetstänk och begränsningar påverkar livskvaliteten och hur brist på resurser inom vården orsakar etiska problem. När hon anlände till boendet gjorde hon klart att hon var vegetarian hon ville.

Som ett exempel på en etisk fråga kan vi ta en äldre dam som spenderade sina sista år på ett äldreboende. Det kan till exempel vara då den demenssjuke inte vill ta sin medicin inte vill duscha eller inte vill äta. Exempel då personal kan behöva inskränka på den demenssjukes självbestämmanderätt är många och berör olika områden så som hygien säkerhet och hälsa.

Ett annat exempel är sammanslagningen år 2014 av handisam och hjälpmedelsinstitutet till myndigheten för delaktighet. Familjen umgås ofta med sina landsmän men har även svenska. Exempel på etiska förfrågningar nedan ges några exempel från etiska förfrågningar där detta dilemma utgjort en del av den etiska problematiken.

Pedagogiskt empatiskt etiskt förhållningssätt samt bemötande samarbete med andra. I samtliga situationer uppkom frågan huruvida den förväntat suboptimala behandlingen borde ges ha getts eller om läkaren borde insistera ha insisterat på att ge behandling enligt bästa evidens. Demenssjukdomar innebär kognitiva nedsättningar som ofta bidrar till svårigheter i omvårdnaden av personer med demenssjukdom.
