We weren’t shocked to see a now-infamous Pennsylvania home claim the title of most popular home on realtor.com® this week. However, we were shocked to see the sheer number of views the home had attracted. In nearly five years, we’ve never seen a single home hit the million-view mark. But this fascinating listing spanked the competition and soared well, well over a million views.

If you’re unfamiliar with the backstory, we’ll fill you in: Nondescript home in Philly suburbs is oh-so-vanilla as you scroll through the photos of the top two floors. But when you get to the photos of the basement, the spice reaches ghost-pepper levels. The home is outfitted with a fully equipped, tastefully staged BDSM dungeon—and all the equipment in the photos comes with the purchase of the home.

It was those four or five photos of the home’s basement—and the stark contrast that they presented to the previous 35 photos—that made the home a viral sensation. And when the dungeon photos were removed from the listing, a second wave of curious consumers came searching for what had been taken away.

As the home’s listing agent, Melissa Leonard, told us, “I made jokes with my family that I was really going to put this house on the map—and I really did put it on the map.”

While this week’s other popular properties lagged far behind the dungeon dwelling, there were plenty of other places that caused you to click. The home of Red Sox legend David Ortiz slugged its way on to the chart, and Charlie Sheen‘s custom 90210 mansion also made an appearance, thanks to a well-timed price chop.
