I got a new drawing tablet that's a HUGE upgrade from my old one, it's one of the ones you can draw on the screen. Previously, I just has the smallest, cheapest Wacom. It's so weird to get used to being able to just... draw on the screen.

My very first art post!

This was an idea given to me by a friend of mine.

A spin-off of Ed, Edd n' Eddy, where the titular trio have grown up to become cops!

I know that sounds wild, but if Space Ghost can become a late night talk show host and Birdman can become an attorney, I think this isn't off the table.

This is also real cathartic to think about as The Eds have gone from doing scams to busting scams!

Anyway, the premise of this spin-off goes like this.

Set 10 years after the events of the original series, The Eds, all now 22, have gain traction as being local heroes of Peach Creek after stopping a series of crimes that were occurring while they were in their areas of occurrence.

All thanks to Ed's strength, Edd's brains, and Eddy's wits.

Kevin, still being their close friend following the events of Big Picture Show and having become a police officer, has noticed this and thought the trio would be perfect police material.

They were unsure at first, but eventually, they accepted the offer.

And now, the trio are using their special skills to bust crime and protect the fine people of Peach Creek from danger.

As usual, whenever there's a case, they always go together as a trio.

Though every once in a while, Kevin will tag along.

As for their roles on the force.

Eddy is the still the leader of the trio, and now uses his wits and cunning to help catch criminals.

He's able to read people like a book, and can tell when someone's guilty.

And if he can't get them to talk, he can use one of his famous torture techniques.

But when things get rough, Eddy isn't afraid to fight back!

He may not be the strongest or the most skilled in hand-to-hand combat, but he's pretty quick and specializes in dodging attacks.

He also uses a yo-yo to capture and trip up criminals, and his infamous El Mongo Stink Bombs to incapacitate them.

Edd is still the brains of the trio, making him perfect for the role of a detective.

He's always on the look-out for clues and is able to hack into just about anything.

Whenever he's in a pickle, Edd relies on his trusty slingshot and a collection of special balls with a wide variety of effects, ala Green Arrow's.....arrows.

Ed is still the muscle of the trio, and that incredible strength really comes in handy for the force.

With him now being skilled in hand-to-hand combat, Ed is even more of a force to be reckon with than ever before.

The crooks will know to think twice when trying to fight a guy who's capable of picking up an entire house over his head!
