Do anyone of ya'll just have to pause or stop in the middle of a greatly earned momentumized study session because you're suddenly bombarded with thoughts and inner obstacles cause by a life issue (e.g. family matters etc.) and like you just deicde to plop down on your bed and watch your fave show, ofc with a snack(even finishing before the show actually starts. And so, you're there, just doing yourself a calming exercise because one more minute of reading you think you're gonna explode because of the intense complicating of acads and life. Is is just me or anyone also experienced this? Coz currently am atm
