Can you at least tell me what your OC's are for or what genres they are? Like scifi? Fantasy? D&D?
Oh, jeez… you hadto ask me THAT question, didn’t ya?
To be perfectlyhonest I have OC’s for every occasion. I have OC’s for sci-fi,historical fantasy/fiction, classic fantasy, DnD, hell, I even haveOC’s for a game I’m trying to convince myself I’m going todesign and finish. I’ve been writing stupid shit since I waslittle, but haven’t really done anything with them. Mostly becauseI’m very embarrassed to share them. I don’t even let my wife readwhat I put together.
The oldest and mostdeveloped OC I have is part of a story I’m working on (COMPLETE LIEI HAVEN’T WRITTEN SHIT) I call Of Myths And Men. Ramirez Vasquezhas undergone I think 3 total rewrites and I’ve been developing himsince like High School, so back in 2002 lol.
He was originallythis cringey prosthetic toting werewolf that had his soul bound to anancient relic called a God Arm. But I eventually hated him because hewas just another edgy DBZ teenage garbage pile excuse for an OC. Ilike him ALOT more now because he feels like a PERSON not OC#20576
He’s a Dragoon, amighty warrior capable of going toe to toe with the mightiestcreatures on earth. Dragons. Dragoons are raised and tutored insecret as acolytes, and the training is severe and many die. TheBrotherhood only respects strength, the weak are cast aside. Thosethat survive learn to leap into the air like a dragon taking flight, they learn to breathe fire, and finally become one with TheBrotherhood by drinking the blood of their first kill. Ramirez becamean acolyte after a dragon destroyed his home and killed his parents. The loss filled his heart with an unquenchable hatred that deepenedwith every beast he brought down. As he grew, he was eventually giventhe title of Earthwyrm for his strength and stubbornness. Despite thepraise from his brothers and superiors, the darkness in his heartcontinued to fester.
Many years afterearning his title, he came in contact with an enormous red dragon, just like the one that destroyed his life as a child. In a torrent ofraw anger and fury, the two tore at each-other sending plumes offlame all around, catching the trees, fields, and even surroundinghomes in the sea of flame. Ramirez eventually drove his spear,Glaile, into the beast’s neck, severing its windpipe and shatteringthe bones and nerves within. As he roared in triumph, he saw thedamage he had caused. The deaths he had wrought while blinded by hisanger. An entire town lay burning and ruined at his feet. The burninghate he had nurtured for so long was now replaced by the chill offear. He had become what he hated most and caused what he hoped toprevent. He had become an engine of destruction.
That was the lastThe Brotherhood heard from him. He vanished into the woods and wentinto self imposed isolation. Many more years had passed, but thedragon’s blood within him refused to let him die so easily to oldage. He found a quaint little city in the south eastern portion ofthe kingdom of Ileed during his wanderings and joined up with ahunter’s guild to act as a teacher. He wished to pass on hisknowledge to those who would listen, but in truth, he wanted to helpothers not to follow the path he did.
I also keep detailed sheets on most of the major ones I’m trying to work on.

Gríma called Wormtongue was a once noble man, but a man nonetheless and easily corrupted. Allowed to seek redemption he still falters, who would be willing to deal with a Worm? Only a tribe of Half-Breeds will teach him his worth without corrupting power and obsession with rank and nobility. After all, who needs an earthworm more than a farmer?
