"The Moonweaver wears Liana's face... or perhaps it is more correct to say, Liana wore the Moonweaver's."
Sometimes your sister turns out to have been a god and it's okay

EXU: Divergence Episode 3: A newly intelligent Crokas tells Nia that there's simply no way her parents are gods even though her sister was because it is horrifically unlikely that anyone else in her immediate social circle is also a deity

god they really rebuilt the world. the changed so many people by simply being kind (keph, gubbling), they founded some of the oldest institutes of knowledge (crokas cobalt soul), they carried on the gods messages past the divine gate (nia the first cleric of the moonweaver) and carried on the history of what they lost (orb of avalir)...
they really were the change that was coming.

Something about how we often treat others the way we're accustomed to being treated ourselves
See under the cut for me getting emotional
Look ok look I have to imagine Crokas seeing the tired kids and thinking on some level "oh I know what you're supposed to do here" because FIEDRA DID THAT FOR HIM.
It makes me think of these brothers I had when I was a camp counselor who were both on the older end of the age range for my group, like 11 and 9 or something. The older brother was great and always looking out for the younger brother, and at some point I noticed the young brother basically imitating what his brother did for him towards the younger kids. Checking in, helping them on hikes, sharing toys. So, I don't know, love and care gets paid forward I guess.
I have to wonder how Fiedra felt watching Crokas carry those kids. Was she proud? I hope she was proud. I would have been proud

Fiedra : So my magic key just talked to me, and asked me to formally ask her to ask the door inside the boat to commandeer the boat to come and help us.

Garen, a craftsman who spent his life building cities and structures across Exandria, was the perfect manifestation of the Allhammer, the god of craft, creation, and legacy.
And Erro, a wanderer who had lost faith but by the end decided to not just protect people, but inspire them to rise up against their oppressors, was just as poetic as the Platinum Dragon. The god of justice himself, who stands for the downtrodden (just recently in the VM short stories we saw Vord taking in Kima with compassion as part of his tenets), telling a crowd, "Seven overlords or 1200 of us" and helping them free themselves from tyranny.
