[exercise cw]

went 4 a tiny lil run again, whoop whoop—remembered to track it on strava this time which is giving me a little more credit pace-wise than i gave myself yesterday, although like. whether i ~stepped it up~ or just underestimated how i did yesterday, who knows. it was significantly warmer out today, which was nice! got 2 keep my gaiter down most of the time and wear only one beanie. :)
