i just realized that outside of that one watcher scar double life oneshot i did last year, firewatch au is actually the first desert duo oriented fanfic i've written :0

it's like i'm drawn with a magnet to write grian and mumbo works. of course, firewatch au is actually both though because grian is like. angsting over mumbo the entire fanfic so it's still on-brand for me
