The wild thing about working for a mental health nonprofit is that if you become too integral to the function of the organization your mental health suffers and there's nothing you or your supervisor or your boss can do 🫠

#EXCEPT QUIT BAYBIE #which may be on the docket soon considering how today went #toasty posty #good luck raising $400k without me SUCKERS #honestly its stressful bc i really care about our mission and i love the people i work with and the work i do #however i am constantly being taken advantage of and fixing other people's mistakes #and i am now the only one who doesnt have a support staff member so now im doing four jobs instead of just three 🙃#i mean what do you do when your supervisor says they would've quit long ago if they were in your shoes???#what am i supposed to do with that information Mike????#anyway -#rant tags
