3 cups of concentrated beef stock bc I couldn't resist the visible marrow on a $11 beef shank, and 1.5 cups of tallow bc 1/3 fat is a lot for anything LOL
#I mean dw the stock has plenty of fat left#its just pretty great how it was so thick on top I just skimmed it off with a LADLE#ENTIRE LADLEFULS OF BEEF TALLOW#ough.... gonna fry some taters in that stuff soon
