my weight loss journey so far
i started off super healthy by just cutting out unnecessary stuff i was basically binging 24/7 and i started replacing stuff with things that seemed healthier and taking my dog on walks in the morning i was around 185+
in august i got my license finally and that’s when i started to obsess: i started going to the gym and i was around 150
by october i started counting my calories because i wanted to be sure i wasn’t over eating bc i was stuck at around 135 eating around 1,400 cals a day
november is when i really started restricting bc i was almost at my past gw which was 120 and i was 129 i was eating around 1,000 calories a day
now (january)- i’m trying to maintain eating under 500 cals a day and it’s just not manageable for me bc before i was doing just fine not craving disgustingly unhealthy food but i’ve been binging real bad with a little purging aside from the fact i can never get anything up🙄 but my cw: 118 and it’s the lowest i’ve ever been but i want to be lower because i still have obvious areas of fat and look “healthy”

Just fa5ted for over 50 hours, broke fa5t with 100g fat free yogurt, 5 grapes, 2 strawberries and 1 kiwi (112kcal.)
On my period so not going to worry toooo much (lies, but I’m gonna try not to) about my weight for the next two days.
Plan moving forward is to do a 50-60 hour fast per week, and eat 800 cals on the days I’m eating. Will hopefully see results soon.
