Billy Corgan recently teased that the NWA has two TV deals with a "top 20 network." (I assume there's two TV deals because one is a wrestling show and the other is a reality show or something like that.) This sounds too good to be true for the NWA, so while I await more details I thought it'd be fun to guess which network he's hinting at.
First, I found an article listing the most watched US TV channels in 2022, and I grabbed the first twenty from the list. Since WWE and AEW have deals with NBC Universal, Fox, and Warner Discovery, we can eliminate all twelve (!) networks in the top 20 that are owned by those corporations. Which leaves the following:
CBS, ABC: Yeah, no way.
ESPN: They ran pro wrestling before, decades ago, but that doesn't mean they're interested now. If they were interested, I think they'd make a play for WWE or AEW next year.
Univision: I suppose it's possible, but if they wanted pro wrestling, you'd think they'd go with a lucha promotion. As I recall Lucha Underground was always trying to get on Univision and nothing ever came of it.
Hallmark Channel, History: Twenty years ago I'd have said wrestling wouldn't fit the format of these stations, but nowadays every channel just throws anything at the wall to see what sticks. It'd be kind of like ECW on SciFi, but then again that did last for a few years.
Ion, INSP: I keep forgetting these exist. It's very plausible one of them would bring the NWA aboard, but I'm not sure most people would notice, and I'm not sure it would help the NWA very much.

Kevin Thorn [June 13th, 2006]
In the debut episode of the WWE’s Extreme Championship Wrestling brand, several superstars who’d either been ostracized by the WWF or simply held in developmental made their televised debut. Among them was Kevin Thorn, a vampire who merely bared his fans in front of a marquee sign displaying ECW TONIGHT!! The vampire gimmick was said to appease to fans of SciFi, which was rumored to also include aliens. That was later (thankfully) scrapped. Thorn was later accompanied to the ring by Ariel, a vampiress formerly known as Shelly Martinez.

Thorn formerly competed in the WWE as Mordecai, but would have much more success as Kevin Thorn, even competing at WrestleMania 23 in a battle of The New Breed versus ECW originals.
