what that everyone is good? not everyone is good but if you got social anxiety usually your trust + security levels are at 0 and everyone is definitely shit talking you as you leave the room etc so like youre definitely keeping a distance from people who are actually dangerous but also from people who are trying to be friends

its hard to tell which is which unless youve met enough people who do either, its impossible to avoid being screwed over at some point so sooner or later you have to take that risk or just not form any bonds at all ever
