Controversial Astronomy Opinion

I might get hate for this, but while Pluto is fantastic and part of the solar system family it is still a dwarf planet. The problem is not the change of classification, but the fact that dwarf planets aren't taken as seriously! Eris, Ceres, Haumea, and Makemake all deserve just as much love as Pluto!!!

Meet the dwarf planet, Ceres! Unlike most dwarf planets, she lives in the Asteroid Belt.

Ceres was discovered back in 1 January 1801. She was designated as an asteroid back then, until she was promoted to dwarf planet status back in 2006 along with the discoveries of other objects in the Kuiper Belt with similar characteristics as her.

Orcus!!! (he/him)

I'm not sure why, but he reminds me of Roger Delgado's incarnation of the Master from classic Doctor Who. He just has that energy about him...what I'm saying is I think I accidentally made the Master's fursona :(

However, I'd say comparing Orcus to the Master is quite accurate, as Orcus is a bit of a meanie. He thinks he is way cooler than everyone else and won't shut up about it. He gets a rise out of riling other people up. He is very petty and thinks up rather extravagant schemes to get back at people who wronged him. He thinks he is Pluto's archrival, but is sorely mistaken.

Orcus' ears and cheek tufts are specifically horn-shaped to reference the fact that Orcus is an underworld god (although I don't believe the Etruscan underworld is like Hell, it is probably more like Hades), as well as a reference to the Orc, whose name is quite similar to, and may have originated from, Orcus.
