and every time I feel I've overcome it or I'm doing well it crashes back down on me like some insatiable wave that waits until the very last second to let me gasp for air before the cycle continues

i hate it. It's not an easy fix it takes so much out of me and I just don't understand how so much progress continually gets fucked up and leaves me starting all over again

sometimes I'm the best communicator I know and at other times I don't fucking even know how to form any words let alone sort any feelings or how to rid the undesirable anxiety that wells up in my chest and keeps me up at night again and again like I don't have to work in three hours and then perform so shittily

the idea of being successful and having a wonderful life and someone to share it with is almost parallel to the feeling of wanting to black out all of my 20s

it's paradoxical and it's fucking stupid

and writing is supposed to make me feel better; putting all my gut wretching feelings into some form of words is supposed to solve all my problems, when I don't even know if I can actually thoroughly explain my feelings to anyone ever including my damn self.

and I play again and again stupid hypothetical conversations in my brain that won't ever happen and have to tell myself to stop, and wonder why the fuck I'm doing that or even caring about miscellaneous happenings

take it day by day is the common advice, but I'm concerned about each fucking minute and then the hours let alone the whole got damn day

I'm trying not to cripple myself with sadness but I'm fucking failing miserably, and then having to work and portray nothing is wrong and then at the same time not being able to indentify what the fuck actually is wrong, man.
