Character Reference: Arch Peccable (Dr.Petty) and his dog Bentley
Self proclaimed #1 villain (and it's probably true)
Wears a cool eye visor to pretend to have multiple eyes and doubly not get sand in his eyes
Completely normal human being but THEE smartest man you'll ever meet period
Owns a million dollar enterprise of machinery and technology that he uses to fund his evil plans. Nobody knows he owns the thing because he stays anonymous
People call him "Dr.Petty" instead of his actual villain name because of how he does evil and nobody likes him
Evil Plan Examples:
He turned Marios' spaghetti into yarn
He hotwired the traffic lights to be red for everyone but him and he doesn't even drive
Sent rats to a fabric company because they ran out of his favorite kind
Has at least 50 different plans to spite Santa for giving him Coal amongst other things
Awesome and cool
I based this character off my friend @femboi-rayne
It depends on his mood if he's going to give your computer a virus or trap you in digital purgatory for cutting in line ahead of him.
