1. Who sleeps/sits in the middle? Do they switch?

They rotate, but usually Yancy is in the middle. He likes to gravitate towards warmth in his sleep, and hold onto them like they’re plushies. Sometimes, however, the others get middle. Either from Dr.Iplier elbowing his way in after getting off his shift late, or Dr. Iplier just collapsing into bed without care and the Host ending up in the middle

2. What does the bed situation look like?

The bed is primarily grey, with black and grey pillows. They would have white, but they had to get rid of that long ago thanks to Host’s bleeding.

The right side of the bed is primarily Host’s. He has a black nightstand, which contains bandages, his pills, Yancy’s pills, some basic first aid stuff, cat treats for their orange cat, Pumpkin, and a decorative anteater stuffed animal.

The back of the bed, between the mattress and frame, contains a knife. Several knives, in fact, curtesy of Yancy. There’s also some odds and ends, like some change, some cash, and a few poems from Host.

The left side of the bed is primarily Dr.Iplier’s. It contains a charging station, pager, glasses, and a hand-carved and painted wooden doctor teddy bear with a heart atop the black nightstand. He also has a tardis throw blanket that is Van Goh-esque, reminiscent of Starry Night. Yancy helps fold it each morning, so they can extend its lifespan free of wear and tear.

3. Who fights more about stupid things and who ends up having to break up their childish arguments?

Mostly Dr. Iplier and Yancy fight, as they have certain disagreements. Such as over the kitchen, as Yancy reigns there with an iron fist. The Host’ll break it up, eventually, after he’s gotten his laughs. All of them have been known to bicker, however, as they’re all stubborn.

4. Which two got together first? Or did they all start dating each other at once?

Yancy and the Host got together first, after some messing around with each other. Later, Dr.Iplier was added when Yancy started dragging him to have lunch and dinners with him and Host. Quite literally kidnapping him from the hospital.

5. Who do people usually think is the third wheel?

Dr. Iplier, since he came in a good few years after the Host and Yancy started dating. Also, Yancy and Host are rather reclusive, so they tend to frequent the same places when they do go out, and neither like to head out alone.

6. Who is the best cook? Who’s the worst cook? And who is the middle ground?

Yancy is the best, and the Host is the worst, leaving Dr. Iplier as the middle ground (though he’s not great either).

7. Who has been banned from choosing the movie because they have notoriously bad taste?

The Host. He can’t watch them anyway, and he judges solely by title, which, unsurprisingly, turns out to be a big mistake.

8. Who’s the biggest drama queen?

They’re all pretty dramatic, Yancy’s just the loudest.

9. Who’s the most responsible?

Dr. Iplier, on a good day.

10. Who cannot be trusted at home alone?

Yancy cannot be trusted at home alone. He’ll turn the whole place upside down in a burst of energy, or he’ll get wound up. He has a nerf gun when he’s home alone for a reason- so he doesn’t throw knives at anyone who comes to the door.

However, Yancy doesn’t trust Dr.Iplier to not fuck with his kitchen utensils.

11. Who has to drag their partner(s) out to be social?

Dr. Iplier, as Yancy and the Host are both incredibly antisocial. Host, for obvious reasons of woods, being in the body of a serial killer, lack of eyes, talks in third person, and Yancy because he’s been in prison for about half his life by the time he got out, and was fed a lot of lies.

12. Who has to kill the spiders? And who refuses to even get near them?

Yancy refuses to get near them, they creep him the fuck out. He also has bad times, when it comes to bugs. He never knows if they’re real.

The Host is probably the one called to murder, though he’ll just let them outside.

13. Who cries the most?

Probably the Host, with nightmares, general Trauma and guilt over the Author, and visions.

14. Who ends up clinging to one or both of their partners in their sleep?

All of them. They all cling.

15. Who’s the shortest?

Yancy is the shortest at 5’5”

16. Who’s the tallest?

The Host is the tallest at 6′1″

17. Who is the responsible adult at the grocery store?

Dr. Iplier, though the Host can be if he really has to. However, Host also has fun whining, and messing with his lovers.

18. Who acts like a child every time they go shopping?

Both Yancy and the Host are equally childish I think, besides for when they withdraw thanks to people.

19. Who is forced to drive while the other two make out on the back seat on road trips.

Considering neither Yancy nor the Host have a license, Dr. Iplier.

20. Who is banished to the back seat while the other two talk in the front on road trips

Yancy, as he messes around with the radio too much. He also certainly isn’t allowed to drive, because he has bad road rage.

I will forever think the funniest thing is how Yancy accidentally ended up with two people named Isaac.
