Nano-Needling Treatment: How It Works and Why It's the Next Big Thing in Skincare
In the ever-evolving world of skincare, innovative treatments are constantly emerging to address a variety of skin concerns. One such treatment that has been gaining significant attention is Nano-Needling. This cutting-edge procedure is quickly becoming a favorite among skincare enthusiasts and professionals alike. In this article, we will explore what Nano-Needling is, how it works, and why it could be the next big thing in skincare.
Tumblr media
What is Nano-Needling?
Nano-needling is a non-invasive skincare treatment that uses microscopic needles to deliver serums and other active ingredients directly into the skin. Unlike traditional microneedling, which creates deeper punctures in the skin, Nano-Needling works on a more superficial level, making it suitable for all skin types, even sensitive skin. The procedure is designed to enhance the skin's natural ability to absorb nutrients, resulting in a smoother, brighter, and more youthful complexion.
How Does Nano-Needling Work?
The Nano-Needling treatment involves the use of a specialized device equipped with nano-sized needles. These needles create tiny channels in the skin's outer layer, allowing for the deeper penetration of skincare products. The process stimulates the skin's natural healing response, encouraging the production of collagen and elastin, two essential proteins for maintaining the skin's firmness and elasticity.
The treatment is typically painless, with most patients describing the sensation as a slight tingling or light pressure. Since Nano-Needling does not reach the deeper layers of the skin, there is minimal to no downtime, making it a convenient option for those with busy lifestyles.
Benefits of Nano-Needling
Nano-needling offers a wide range of benefits, making it a versatile treatment for various skin concerns. Some of the key benefits include:
Improved Skin Texture: Nano-Needling helps to smooth out fine lines, wrinkles, and uneven skin texture, giving the skin a more refined appearance.
Enhanced Product Absorption: The tiny channels created by the nano-needles allow skincare products to penetrate deeper into the skin, maximizing their effectiveness.
Brighter Complexion: By promoting cell turnover and reducing pigmentation, Nano-Needling can help to achieve a more even and radiant skin tone.
Minimized Pore Size: Regular Nano-Needling treatments can reduce the appearance of large pores, leading to smoother-looking skin.
Safe for All Skin Types: Because it targets the outermost layer of the skin, Nano-Needling is gentle enough for even the most sensitive skin types.
Why Nano-Needling is the Next Big Thing in Skincare
With the increasing demand for non-invasive skincare solutions that deliver visible results, Nano-Needling is poised to become a go-to treatment for many. Its ability to address multiple skin concerns without the need for invasive procedures or extended recovery time makes it an attractive option for those seeking a quick and effective skincare boost.
Moreover, as consumers become more educated about the importance of skincare, there is a growing trend towards treatments that not only improve the skin's appearance but also enhance its overall health. Nano-needling fits perfectly into this trend, offering a holistic approach to skincare that goes beyond surface-level improvements.
Conclusion
Nano-needling is quickly emerging as a game-changer in the world of skincare. Its non-invasive nature, combined with its ability to deliver impressive results, makes it a treatment worth considering for anyone looking to enhance their skin's appearance and health. Whether you're dealing with fine lines, or uneven texture, or simply want to give your skin a radiant boost, Nano-Needling could be the solution you've been searching for.

Find the Best Dentist in Noida: A Comprehensive Guide
Tumblr media
Finding the Best Dentist in noida can be a daunting task, as one needs to complete their research based on the doctor’s profile, clinic/hospital location, the total experience of the doctor, fees, and many more. We book an appointment with the doctor with undue expectations of getting the best treatment and good consultation. We want our doctors to be caring & empathetic so that we can believe in them and discuss our health issues quite easily.
The biggest reason we want to book an appointment with the Best Dentist in noida is that we want to visit a doctor who has excellent clinical expertise, which is needed to prevent, diagnose, and treat all types of dental issues such as mouth ulcers, bleeding, or swollen gums, bad breath, and guides us through oral care.
It is normal to ask friends and other family members about the Best Dentist in noida since the city is big and there are so many good health providers available, and the cost of healthcare is also high. However, it often leads to few choices bases on the favorable mentioned by friends and family members, and there is no concrete evidence to support the same. On the contrary, a good strategy would be to look online and consult a dentist.
Some platforms, such as SmartCare, have onboarded good doctors and provide online ratings by the patients for their doctors. It is a promising idea to visit such platforms and get readymade information related to doctors, clinics, hospital affiliation, languages spoken, experience, education, and treatments offered.
Furthermore, looking for a dentist on vacation or finding the best dentist in a new city can be challenging. People often seek recommendations from co-workers, neighbors, and friends. However, the best method to look for a good doctor is online, and can get a doctor best suited to their needs and situation.
Additionally, an important thing to figure out is whether the chosen dentist is sufficient to treat the health issues or if we need to book an appointment with a specialized doctor. This is because we may need a specialist who understands health needs.
It is common to know that dental treatment is not covered in the insurance plan, so looking for a dentist who is willing to accept any insurance plan and is ready to waive some fees is difficult to find, but conducting thorough research for the same can be good. This can also be discussed with the dentist only during In-clinic consultation and before the treatment.
When looking for the Best Dentist Near You, we must visit a dentist who is willing to work with a functional approach; a functional approach is the one where other than performing the regular treatment, dentists educate their patients thoroughly related to care for their teeth and consume the diet, and many more.
When I had trouble with my teeth as it was paining while chewing, my brother told me to look for a doctor on the Smartcare Platform. SmartCare Platform is an excellent platform to find the Best Dentist in noida as they have a complete list of experienced Dentists. I took a Video-consultation with Dr. Gagandeep Singh Sabharwal, associated with Sabharwal Dental Clinic. Dr. Singh is well-learned about all dental issues and has the right equipment to treat various dental problems such as smile design, tooth extraction, dental examinations, X-ray, and many more. The best thing about Dr. Singh is his treatment services. He ensures that the patient gets complete information about the problem that one is going through and what should be the way forward for them.
Furthermore, my younger sister was having trouble with her wisdom tooth, which was a painful experience; hence I wanted to book an appointment with the dentist to understand the process. I booked a consultation with Dr. Deepa Singh on SmartCare. Dr. Deepa was polite and generous in her consultancy, and she guided us well regarding the process of wisdom teeth and the dos and don’ts regarding the same.
Smartcare is a platform where one can find the Best Dentist in noida with just one click. It is an innovative cloud-based platform that helps patients book both videos and In-clinic appointments with doctors, keep patients' health records, make online payments to the doctor, take follow-ups with the doctors, and more.
Smartcare shares a simple aim to provide adequate healthcare in the field of dentistry. It has onboarded the Best Dentist in noida, who has strong expertise in treating various dental conditions such as Toothache, Sensitivity, Cavities, Root Canal, Broken teeth, Fixing Jaws, Cheeks, Filling of Gums, and more. It has a complete list of specialized doctors equally determined to provide customized treatment in a healthy environment.
Dentists associated with Smartcare are experienced in providing treatment for oral diseases. Smartcare believes in providing quality-based care, long-lasting solutions, and therapies to all patients. The complete team of Smartcare is dedicated to making your wellness our priority by onboarding experienced doctors and providing worthwhile and beneficial treatment.

Tokyo Paralympics 2020
Tumblr media
Paralympics
Dr. Lubwig Guttmann, a German neurologist, saw sports as the rehabilitation of people with spinal cord injuries and established the Stoke Mandeville Games in 1948 for wheelchair athletes. The “Stoke Mandeville Games” was later renamed as the Paralympics games (Para meaning ‘besides’ in greek: as Olympics and Paralympics are played side by side) which first took place in Rome, Italy in 1960 which consisted of  8 sports and 400 athletes who took part in it representing 23 countries. Initially, the paralympic games were meant for wheelchair athletes but athletes with other disabilities like amputees and visually impaired were first included in the 1976 Summer Games. Paralympians with cerebral palsy, prosthetics, impaired muscle power, or range of movement, limb deficiencies, intellectually impaired, short stature, and other muscle impairments. There are other vast numbers of disability groups that can be included in the future Paralympic games.  In 1976 the first winter Paralympics games were held in Sweden. Both the Summer and Winter Paralympics games take place every four years.
The Paralympics games and the Olympic games have been taking part in the same cities and venues since the first summer games in Seoul, North Korea, in 1988 and Winter Games in Albertville, France in 1992 with the agreement between International Paralympic Committee(IPC) and International Olympic Committee(IOC).
Tumblr media
The International Paralympic Committee was founded on 22nd September 1989 as an international non-profit organization in Dusseldorf, Germany. The purpose of this Committee was to act as the global Governing body of the Paralympic Movement.
With every year passing by, the number of athletes participating in the Paralympics games is increasing which is indeed commendable. The way these players do not allow their disability to become a hindrance in the way of achieving their dreams, overcoming their fear, and breaking stereotypes at every step is inspirational. They make the whole world proud by achieving their aspired goal. They give a message to millions of people to not let their disability define them and aim for the stars.
India at Paralympics
India made its Paralympics debut in 1968 but then didn’t participate after the 1972 Summer Games. India then resumed its participation in the 1984 Summer Games and has since participated in every summer game since then. India has never participated in the Winter Paralympic Games due to the climatic conditions, lack of funds, and support. India won its first-ever gold medal in the Paralympics in the 1972 Heidelberg Games when Murlikant Petkar swam the 50-meter freestyle in the world record time of 37.331 seconds. In the 1984 Stoke Mandeville/ New York Games, Joginder Singh Bedi won Silver in Men’s Javelin L6 with a pair of bronze medals in Men’s Javelin L6 and Men’s Discus Throw L6 followed by Bhimroa Kesarkar who won silver in Men’s Javelin L6.
After the Paralympics of 1984, India directly won a medal in the 2004 Athens Games when Devendra Jhanjhari won gold in men’s Javelin F44/46 and Rajinder Singh Rahelu Men’s 56 kg won bronze in Powerlifting. Girisha Nagarajegowda won Silver in the 2021 London Games in Men’s High jump F46. In the 2016 Rio De Janeiro games, two gold medals were won by Mariyappan Thangavelu and Devendra Jhanjhari in men’s High Jump F42 and Men’s Javelin F46, and a silver and bronze medal were won by Deepa Malik in Women’s Shot Put F53 and Men’s High Jump F42 respectively.
This year, India sent its largest contingent of 54 athletes for the Tokyo Paralympics across nine sports of archery, badminton, taekwondo, athletics, canoeing, shooting, swimming, powerlifting, and table tennis. Although it is the 21st century, various taboos still exist in many parts of India about women and people with disabilities being unable to compete and play any sort of sports and some people often look down on them and discourage them. But these taboos are broken in the Paralympics as women with disabilities take part in the games and leave a mark that makes them earn everyone’s respect by winning various medals.

Paralympics 2020
The 2020 Summer Paralympics aka Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games were originally scheduled to take place from 25th August 2020 to 6th September 2020 but were postponed due to the Pandemic. The Paralympics started from  24th August 2021 to 5th September 2021 with no public spectators due to the state of emergency in Tokyo just like the Tokyo Olympics 2020. This year, the games will introduce the sports of Badminton and Taekwondo, replacing sailing and 7-a-side football.
The athletes competing in the Paralympics need and deserve more support as they go through a lot of struggles to achieve their goals but still are underappreciated. It is time for us to no longer look down on them but instead cheer for them and light up their spirit. Let us come together and support the athletes in the Tokyo Paralympics 2020.
“The Paralympics are here and so are the Paralympic athletes aka the superhumans. Let’s come together and support them.”

Sri Lanka urged not to violate fundamental rights in the name of combating terror
We the undersigned, who are from and live in the various nation-states of South Asia, express our deepest condolences to all those who have lost loved ones in the serial bomb blasts in Sri Lanka on Easter Sunday. We express our solidarity with those working tirelessly to address the needs of the injured in the aftermath of this carnage and to sustain interfaith and community relationships. While we support all justice efforts that seek to hold the perpetrators of violence accountable, we also urge the Government of Sri Lanka to ensure that, in the name of combating terror and ensuring national security, fundamental human rights and dignity of all concerned are not violated.
We say this because in all our countries, investigations into terror and anti-terror legislation have been accompanied by consistent and continuing violation of civil and democratic rights. Furthermore, in the name of ensuring national security, successive governments in the region have sought to legitimise their various acts of impunity – directed against not only purported or possible suspects but entire sections of the civilian population. This has led to unaccountable loss of life and a steady erosion of democratic guarantees and institutions, including unaccounted for deaths and disappearances. We note with concern that media reports and remarks by state officials and political leaders in Sri Lanka have pointed to State inaction with respect to warnings by intelligence agencies about possible acts of terror. Such inaction and indifference, we regret to note, amounts to State complicity with the violence that subsequently unfolded. We are also concerned that the ‘owning up’ to these acts by the so-called ‘Islamic State’ (Daesh) might encourage Islamophobic attitudes and expressions, both on the part of the Sri Lankan Government and sections of civil society. Should this happen, Sri Lanka would be tragically drawn in to a familiar international discourse and practice to do with ‘Islamic terror’ with all the resultant tragedies, as we have witnessed across Asia. In a country that has barely recovered from decades of civil mistrust, war and violence, this cannot bode well for its sovereignty, civil peace and economic and social life. We wish to point out that the so-called war on ‘Islamic terror’ has resulted in large numbers of the Islamic faith being persecuted, both in their countries and across the world – and this sadly only enhances the appeal of those who seek to wage war in the name of Islam and what they perceive as Islamic concerns and interests. Thus is set in motion a cycle of violence that benefits no one but the arms trade and industries, and political powers that seek to establish their hegemony in the region at all costs. In this context: nWe support all struggles to ensure transparent and fair pursuit of justice for the victims of the blast. At the same time, we stand with those who are against undemocratic anti-terror laws in Sri Lanka, even if they are purportedly deployed for purposes of investigation and national security. nWe protest attempts to target or persecute those of the Islamic faith, in the name of countering terror, whether by the state or vigilante groups. nWe support Muslim communities in the region that have called for peace and are critical of voices from within that endorse extremist religious positions, which polarise everyday life and interactions, and vitiate meaningful dissent and dialogue. nWe affirm the resilience of diverse cultural and religious traditions in the region that have fostered longstanding habits of mutuality, trust and co-existence. We do not wish for the specificity of local beliefs and traditions, of all faiths, to be drawn into polarising global discourses of religious ‘unity’ and ‘singularity’ imposed from above.
