U60 Magnetic Formwork System For Precast Slabs and Double Wall Panel Production
Tumblr media Tumblr media
U60 Magnetic Formwork System consists of U shaped metal channel profile (steel/stainless steel/aluminum options) and several buit-in automatic permanent magnetic systems. It's formed as a concrete frame to produce precast elements in various shuttering lengths, heights, especially for floor slabs, sandwich and double wall panels. The side edges could be straight with no chamfer or milled sharply with one or two sides for elements chamfering. During the procession, this magnetic siderail profile could be moved to the position by robot handling or manual operating, after marking by scribine machine or manual.  As a critical component, the switchable knob connecting with inside magnetic block performs to active or deactive the magnetic force.
