After Plan 99, Hemlock recovers Tech, "re-educates" him, Tech plays along to gather intel from the inside that will destroy the Emperor's project and free the clones, playing the long game like Palpatine?

I dunno, I just feel like a lot of stuff that is mentioned in passing in previous seasons has deeper consequential meaning in the present season. I know there are already examples of it. And if they don't do this, sure will look good on ao3 someday. 😆
