#Discovery In Eureka AU - Season 3 Episode 2

So, in Eureka, there is a minor character who is best friends with Zoe (Jack Carter's daughter). Her name is Pilar Reed. In Discovery In Eureka AU I say fuck her.

This is the only character I will be removing in this AU. Cause in this AU, Adira befriends Zoe early on, and then Zoe becomes friends with Adira’s friends. These friends are Tilly’s students from season 4 of Star Trek Discovery and Ravah from Season 5.

I have deemed that in the episode I am watching, which is Season 3 Episode 6, "Phased and Confused," Ravah will be taking the place of Pilar. Even in the earliest stages of Discovery In Eureka Ravah was going to replace Pilar. That was going to happen before the AU got the name Discovery In Eureka.

I don't have any issues with Pilar it's just that if I had to have a character in 3x06, it wouldn't be her.

Also, in other scenes that Pilar would be in would be it would be better to have Adira instead. Like in 2x03, where Pilar is distracting Zoe when the town is planning her surprise birthday party. Adira would fit much better there. So if (somehow) you are a Pilar stan I am sorry.

According to the very empty Eureka wiki, Pilar only shows up 6 times over 5 seasons. So yeah, she is being written out before she was even written in Discovery In Eureka.

Ok this is the last 3x02 post for a bit, but I got one more thing! So in Season 3, episode 2, "What About Bob?" for Discovery In Eureka AU.

At the end of the episode when Henry gets back from wherever he is. (I know the reason but major spoilers and a lot of explaining) Adira runs over and gives him a hug.

Henry: *walks into Café Diem* Thank you again, Ms. Thorne.

Adira: *spots him* Grandpa! *runs over and gives him a hug* You're back!

Henry: Hey Kiddo!

Henry, Thorne, and Jack: Talking about stuff. (Spoilers)

Adira: *Not letting go of Henry while the adults talk*

So I have a plan for Season 3, episode 2, "What About Bob?" for Discovery In Eureka AU.

I 100% believe that Adira would be watching Lab 27's camaras with everyone in Café Diem.

When I started my Discovery In Eureka AU, I started writing it somewhere in my rewatch seasons 1 to 2.

Because when I watched 3x02, my brain said to make a prequel one shot on how Fargo and Adira first met. That meeting was Adira finding Fargo hack into the Lab's camaras.

Funnily enough, that was the fic that gave me the thought of making Adira and Fargo siblings figures in the story. Fargo as the big nerddly brother and Adira as the little sibling that makes fun of him about it, but they are a nerd to.

I love the little details from Eureka. Like in Season 3, Episode 2, "What About Bob" (3x02) The lab 27 Director joking about Mars Missions.

Director: Lab 27 is a sealed biosphere. A self-sustaining ecosystem designed to research and support the Mars Missions.

Jack: You do mean the potential Mars Missions

Director: Right. *Said jokingly*

Allison: *Shaking her head and mouthing* He doesn't know. *A look saying keep it that way*

Director: I mean, right. *Said seriously*

I think I have pinned down an episode in my Discovery In Eureka AU to give Gray a body.

That episode, I believe, is season 2, episode 11, Maneater. "A prehistoric spore, that when inhaled renders men sexually irresistible, threatens to wreak havoc on Eureka."

It gives me a good excuse for me not to add Adira in this episode. Cause it would be very weird. Also, I wanted Gray to have a body before season 3.

You may ask why not in episode 12 or 13? Because those two are back to back as a two part finale and very chaotic episodes that would be hard to shove that plotline in.
