After that Arjun seen in movies such as Bunny (2005), Happy (2006), Desamuduru (2007), and Parugu (2008). He starred in the 2009 film Arya 2 which served as a sort of prequel to the 2004 movie Arya. Allu Arjun's subsequent films are Vedam (2010), Badrinath (2011), Julayi (2012), and Iddarammayilatho (2013).

In 2014, Allu Arjun had back to back three film releases, including the highly successful Telugu hits movie 'Yevadu' and 'Race Gurram’. In 2015, he starred as Viraj Anand in the Telugu action-drama S/O Satyamurthy. The movie not only famous in Telgu but also famous in Hindi dubbed movie which made Allu Arjun leading star in Telgu cinema.

In 2016, Allu Arjun lead a Telugu-language action drama film Sarrainodu, written & directed by Boyapati Srinu and produced by Allu Aravind has a great success in Telgu cinema. He works with Rakul Preet Singh (Indian Actor) in this movie. In following year, a Comedy Action movie direct by Harish Shankar DJ: Duvvada Jagannadham has a great success in telgu cinema.

In 2018, Naa Peru Surya Na Illu is a Telugu action film starring Allu Arjun, direct by Vakkantham Vamsi has great success. In 2020, Allu Arjun action/comedy movie Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo also the best movie of Allu Arjun.

Pushpa: The Rise (2021), is one of the best movie of Allu Arjun again direct by Sukumar. He played the role Puspa Raj. Pushpa has become a PAN India success, with spreading across Telugu states and then the entire country. Pushpa was a huge success in Bollywood as well. The story of Agent is written by Vakkantham Vamsi and it is produced by Ramabrahmam Sunkara and Pathi Deepa Reddy under AK Entertainments and Surrender 2 Cinema banners. The movie also has Mammootty in the important role while Sakshi Vaidya appears in a supporting role as Akhil’s romantic interest.  For this film, Akhil also buffed-up  his body. Now according to the latest report,  the makers of Akhil’ Agent are going to share an interesting update today afternoon at 1:35 pm.

The film Agent has the music from S Thaman and cinematography by Ragul Herian Dharuman.

Akhil starrer Agent was originally scheduled to release in cinemas in Dec 2021. However, it’s release has been postponed due to the  Coronavirus pandemic situation. The makers are yet to announce the new release date.

Varun Tej and Raashi Khanna are teaming up for the first time for a film which is being directed by debutante Venky Atluri. This yet to be titled film was launched in Hyderabad today which saw eminent personalities form the film fraternity attend. This film is being produced by popular producer BVSN Prasad under the banner Sri Venkateswara Cine Chitra.

The unit of the film launched the film today officially in Hyderabad. Producer Dil Raju, writer/director Vakkantham Vamsi, Vamshi Paidipalli and Nagu Babuamong many others attended the launch of this film.

Raashi Khanna is playing the female role in this film which was earlier offered to many other young actresses in the industry. Initially, the role was offered to Mehreen Pirzada but she couldn’t take up the role because of her prior commitments. Later the makers approached Lavanya Tripathi who also had to say no because of date issues. The role finally landed in Raashi Khanna’s kitty who has been a busy bee with a handful of films under her belt.

Raashi Khanna is also working on Jr NTR’s upcoming film Jai Lava Kusa which has him play triple roles for the first time. Raashi is playing love interest of one of the roles of Jr NTR in Jai Lava Kusa.

Varun Tej, on the other hand, is gunning to get a hit in his career since his latest released, Mister, did not fare well at the box office.
