Cinematography

Saurabh Goswami's cinematography is exceptional. The soaring views and distant scenes were skillfully filmed. There are numerous 360-degree scenes as well. The film was captured pretty effectively by the camera.

Editing

It would have been preferable if Manish Pradhan's editing was tighter and 15–20 minutes of the film could have been removed; the pace of the picture is slow at times, and the ending drags, but these flaws can be overlooked because the film was so brilliantly created.

Chhaava movie songs and background score

A R Rahman's background score is not that strong; it could have been a little stronger; this shortcoming is a bit bothersome in the film; the music is also okay, and there is not much scope for music either; Jaane Tu is a very melodious and composed song in the voice of Arijit Singh; Aaya Re Toofan and Zinda Rahey in the voice of A R Rahman is okay. And can only be heard once. Some Chhaava songs were also used in the background score.

As a producer, Dinesh Vijan has given a series of hits in the last couple of years with Hindi Medium, Luka Chuppi and Stree. Now, he will be giving us a love story named Shiddat: Jouney Beyond Love.

Through a statement, Dinesh Vijan has said “In our day and age where love is taken so lightly, it’s difficult to imagine the lengths people would go to for it. ‘Shiddat’ is a not only a story about love but the distance one travels for it. The passion that overcomes maybe all senses or logic to do things that you wouldn’t usually imagine, the belief in something with all your heart and the drive to achieve it – that’s ‘Shiddat’”

According to the reports, Sunny Kaushal has been paired with Radhika Madan for the movie whereas Mohit Raina and Diana Penty will be seen together. Kunal Deshmukh will be directing the movie on the occasion. Shooting of Shiddat is expected to start from the month of September. For the story, credits must be given to Dheeraj Rattan and Sridhar Raghavan. Dialogue of the movie is written by Rattan. Shooting of the movie will be done in the places like London, Paris and Punjab.

Right now, Radhika Madan is shooting for the sequel of Hindi Medium with Irrfan Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan which will come with the title Angreezi Medium. Incidentally, Angreezi Medium is also produced by Dinesh Vijan.
