Factors Affecting Gold Rates
India is a country that loves Gold. From auspicious occasions to festivals, Gold is widely used. India holds very special importance for Gold. Three main reasons that Indians invest in Gold are weddings, auspicious days like ‘Dhanteras’ were as per the tradition, Goddess of wealth ‘Laxmi’ is worshipped and it is also considered as a safe investment option by many.
People buy Gold because it acts as a store of value and they procure it in hopes of getting benefits in the future since Gold is very liquid. It is also less volatile in comparison to other precious metals like Silver. Economic activities do not hinder much with the Gold rates because even during the recession of 2008 and the covid-19 pandemic, did not affect much on Gold’s price and it continued to surge.
Since India is one of the largest consumers of Gold in the world, any price movement caused in the international market creates an influence in India as well. There are also other factors responsible for the price movement of Gold in India. Let's discuss them step by step and what effect they have and how significant is the change caused by these factors.
1) Inflation.
Whenever inflation increases, the demand for golf also increases. Why? Well, because Gold is as steady as the currency. All major nations produce cash backed by Gold because it holds a significant value and is mostly used as a hedging option for inflation. Gold also acts as a countermeasure to tackle inflation because over the years Gold has provided returns that are higher than the inflation rate. Therefore, we can say that inflation has a direct effect on gold consumption in India because many people regard Gold as a measure to hold wealth.
2) Global Price Movement.
India has limited mining of Gold in India because currently there’s only one active Gold mine in the country and there is more demand than to meet the supply. For that reason, India has to import at least 900 tonnes of Gold annually to meet its demand. It makes India the largest importer of Gold in the world. According to a report by Business Standard, India saw an increment of Gold import by 22.58% in the financial year 2020-2021. This means that whenever there is price movement globally, it has effects on the Gold rates in India. Additionally, since India imports so much Gold, the import duty is also levied on the prices and thus affecting the Gold Price in India.
3) Trends in Interest Rate.
Interest rates on various financial products such as interest percentage on mutual funds and majorly loan rates of banks are not usually consistent with time. Current gold prices are accurate indicators of trends of interest rates in the country. Interest rate trends and the demand for yellow metal are closely tied and go hand in hand. When there is an upward trend in the interest rates of the country, people usually sell the gold that they have acquired to generate cash and this leads to an abundance of supply of Gold, and the price of the Gold falls. On the contrary, when the interest rates are lowered, there is more cash with the people to purchase gold and the increased demands translate to the hike in the price of the metal.
4) Consumption Market
Indians consume a lot of jewelry during the wedding season. They also buy a lot of Gold during auspicious festivals and that leads to an increase in demand for Gold investment and also the price increase.
Apart from these four major factors, there are also factors such as the Geopolitical situation of the country, the Global Pricing trend of Gold, etc. Some nations also keep gold as a reserve and the foreign exchange rates affect the Gold Price. However, the ultimate reason for the Gold price movement is the gap caused between demand and supply. This gap controls the pricing and there can be numerous reasons for the cause of this mismatch, as we discussed a few of the above.

Ziqitza - A SAFE AND PRECAUTIOUS PANDEMIC DIWALI
Tumblr media
The festive season has officially begun and so is the wait and excitement for Diwali. Deepawali, meaning the “row of lights”, is the symbolisation of victory of light over the darkness, and good over evil. The festival of light has a special charm of its own. The vibrant decoration, the colourful lighting, delicious savouries and everything associated with Diwali adds to the beauty of this festival. The preparation for Diwali begins weeks before, and we can see a crowd of shoppers lining up in the markets to shop gifts and other things for the special occasion.
The five-day long festival starts with Dhanteras, followed by Naraka Chaturdashi or Choti Diwali, Lakshmi Puja, Govardhan Puja and finally ends with Bhai Dooj.  On the day of Lakshmi Puja, the main celebration of Diwali takes place. People prepare for the worship of Goddess Laxmi, the Goddess of Wealth with the floor decorations and lit diyas and lights all around the house. The exchange of gifts and sweets fills the Diwali evening with happiness and good wishes. The ceremonies are often followed by bursting the crackers and playing games.
 DIWALI AMID THE PANDEMIC
Even though the festival of lights comes with a lot of excitement and joy but amid the pandemic, Diwali has become a low key affair. The pandemic had already made a massive impact on the lives of the people, and with Diwali around the corner the health risk increases. Ziqitza Healthcare Limited urges to keep Diwali a personal affair while maintaining all the required Covid-19 norms and precautions. The medical experts have suggested people around the country to remain extremely careful to avoid using crackers. Amidst the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic the energy of the festival is toned down. In such situations, Ziqitza Rajasthan suggests to be careful amid the festivities to avoid the risk of getting infected and also to avoid any other hazards.
Ziqitza Healthcare Limited wishes you a happy and prosperous Diwali 2021 with a list of precautions for you to enjoy a safe and cautious Diwali and also avoid the risk of getting infected with the Covid-19 virus. Here are some tips for you to consider this Diwali:
 Maintain Safe Distance
While the real motive of the Indian festivals is to strengthen the bonds among people and bring them closer, this year, take a pledge with Ziqitza Healthcare to avoid meeting people physically. In case the physical meetings cannot be avoided, a safe distance should be maintained at all times. Even at the times of greeting people, strictly avoid giving hugs and take support of our cultural way of greeting by doing ‘Namaste’.
 Avoid Bursting Crackers
Ziqitza Rajasthan advises you to avoid bursting crackers this Diwali. Not only does bursting crackers pollute the environment but it also aids breathing diseases. In this time of Covid-19 pandemic, the patients infected with the virus suffer from lung disease which causes difficulty in breathing. The smoke particles and burning waste that emerges from crackers can worsen the pre-existing allergic conditions. Try to avoid burning crackers or any other dry waste.
AVOID EATING OUTSIDE
We, at Ziqitza are well aware of the fact that eating outside can boost the fun of the festival but eating outside at this time should be strictly avoided. The restaurants and diners experience a full-packed rush during the time of the festivities which should be avoided at any cost. During such rush hours it becomes next to impossible for eateries to maintain Covid-19 protocols and sanitize the premises thoroughly, which might increase the chance of getting infected with the virus.
DON’T USE SANITISER WHILE LIGHTING DIYAS
Hand sanitizers are highly inflammable as they are alcohol-based and may lead to fire hazards. During the time of festival when it becomes important to keep your hands clean and germ free, it should be done with extreme care and caution to avoid any accidents. The experts at Ziqitza Rajasthan highly recommend you to wash your hands with soap and water and avoid the use of hand sanitizer while doing anything that involves fire.
CARRY FACE MASKS AT ALL TIMES
Mask has been an essential accessory since the pandemic began, but it should not be treated like any other accessory and should be carried at all times. Don’t forget to cover your face and mouth properly with a mask, everytime you step out of the house or during greeting the guests. Ziqitza Healthcare Rajasthan encourages you to necessarily wear your mask properly every time you meet someone. Instead of carrying sanitisers at all times you can carry paper soaps and water to avoid the danger of catching fire.
 KEEP FIRST-AID KIT HANDY
Diwali brings a lot of prosperity and happiness with it, but the carelessness of people during the excitement can also make way for small accidents. Always keep a First-aid kit handy with you as a measure of precaution.

Buy 999 Silver Gifts 2021 For Your Loved Ones
Gold and silver are precious metals that are also seen to be fortunate. As a result, giving the bride or groom 999 Silver Gifts is quite usual. In fact, according to North Indian custom, the in-first law's present to the daughter-in-law must be gold jewelry. People go to jewelers on Dhanteras and Akshaya Tritiya to buy gold because gold coins and silver coins are so important in our customs and heritage. Those with a limited budget can purchase gold coins as an alternative.
Why Are Silver Plated Gifts So Admirable?
999 Silver Plated Gifts (Fine Silver) is made out of 99.9% pure silver and only.1% copper alloy. 925 sterling silver contains up to 7.5 percent copper alloy and 92.5 percent pure silver. First and foremost, they are well-made. This alone inspires amazement and enthusiasm. Their immaculate construction allows them to pass acceptance gestures and, in many cases, shower the bearer with praise that attests to their excellent present choices. Second, they are quite useful.
Purity
When it comes to giving, functionality is crucial. The fact that the vast majority of Top Wedding Anniversary Gifts are faded due to their lack of perceived utility reduces their capacity to make an impression or have an impact on the recipient. As a result, they're likely to be shocked by your gifting choices, which is counterproductive to the idea of creating friendship.
Price
The cost of gold and silver coins varies depending on the vendor. Because of the ‘spread,' this is the case. In addition to being controlled by demand and supply, the percentage of spread is also influenced by the bullion dealer. So, once you've decided whether you want to buy gold or silver coins and how much you want to spend, find a reputable and trustworthy bullion dealer.
When it comes to Wedding Gifts in Delhi, gold and silver coins are at the top of the list. Give one as a present to make the event more auspicious. The fact that silver-plated presents have a range of unique characteristics that help them gain momentum demonstrates how popular they have become throughout time.
Verdict!
Silver Gifts become more common, they will be subjected to even more innovation, and we are at the forefront of that. Melange has created some of the most beautiful silver-plated presents available. The copper alloy is added to pure silver jewelry to give it the necessary hardness and to prevent the jewelry from becoming brittle and readily breaking.
