Ma 58ème lecture a été un livre offert par ma grand-mère (pas prêté, celui-ci !), La femme au manteau bleu de Deon Meyer, qui semble faire partie d'une série, mais ce n'était pas indiqué dans le livre en lui-même.

Résumé : Elle est trouvée, un petit matin. Une femme, nue, le corps lavé et entretenu, allongée sur un muret, face à l'horizon. Personne ne sait qui elle est, ni pourquoi elle est morte, mais les inspecteurs Benny Griessel et Vaughn Cupido ne vont pas laisser ce manque d'informations les empêcher d'enquêter et d'offrir justice à cette femme.

Et voici mon commentaire sur ma lecture :

J'ai bien aimé ce livre ! Concernant l'histoire principale, je n'ai pas eu l'impression qu'il me manquait des informations sur les personnages, Deon Meyer sait les écrire de façon à les rendre réels, je pouvais vraiment les entendre parler, je les visualisais bien, ils sont très chouettes ! L'histoire est pas trop mal aussi, mais certains moments étaient un peu mous pour être honnête.

En revanche, je n'ai pas pu apprécier l'intrigue secondaire, je n'ai pas compris ce qu'il se passait, et là je pense bien que c'est une intrigue fait pour lier les différents tomes ensemble, mais, forcément, ça ne m'a pas eu :/

Sinon, l'histoire était sympa ! Si vous voulez lire un policier un peu drôle, c'est fun. Moi qui ne suis pas un grand fan de romans policiers, j'ai passé un bon moment.

Best Reads of 2024
