Why would anyone agree that Bakugou- the victim of Deku keeping secrets after doing EVERYTHING he could to help Deku for MONTHS including putting his own life and health in jeopardy- is to blame for anything? Maybe the adult shouldn't have minor on that battlefield? Maybe Deku shouldn't have let a girl without superhuman strength drag him into another portal? The problem was Katsuki being on the battlefield at all because only Deku & AFO knew Katsuki is precious to him enough to jeopardize OFA

Anon, I appreciate your protective anger and goodness knows I believe Katsuki Bakugo has always been doing The Most (admittedly, I think lots of characters have been doing The Most in many different ways), but I think the Heroes and society of this manga at large have bigger fish to fry than specifically placing blame for the current situation, especially as it relates to the ethics of letting a trained, licensed-to-thrill teenaged bomb on the battlefield of his own volition. It’s probably more important that everyone addresses the factors at play that led to this situation in the first place.

Also how dare you downplay Toga’s ability to get the drop on someone. Besides her quirk, it’s kind of her thing!! How dare you disrespect her prowess! Deku may have SIX QUIRKS, but that doesn’t matter if someone nabs you when you aren’t actively using them!

However. Lots of things could be different. If Deku only talked about his feelings more with the people they concern… it’s almost like… Ochako is learning this lesson through Toga and surpassing him as well… just in time for it to change things…?
