Manufacturing Process:
Firstly, the vegetables are washed nicely. Then, they are nicely trimmed and cut in the desirable sizes only to be steam-blanched. After that, the vegetables pieces are all spread out on the trays to remove excess moisture. The dehydrator is preheated to anywhere between 130-140 degrees Fahrenheit. The vegetables are then placed on the drying trays and dried till the vegetables are shrivelled and turn brittle for longer storage. Once dehydrated, the vegetables are then cooled down.
