Another question, sorry. So I'm answering the questions and when it says "is there anything you regret" I imagine my character feels guilty for their secret, but because it says "interview with the landlord" and "this is supposed to be answered in character," should she admit to that or no?

That’s kind of up to you as well. Usually I recommend only vaguely alluding to the character secret, but we do allow explicit mentions of secrets.

The Landlord does his research on his tenants before inviting them to the building. He knows everyone’s secrets in advance, so even with vague references, he would know what they’re referring to.

I'm thinking of joining, but I'm just wondering whether we're only supposed to give one secret or if there can be two? It says secret on the application, so I'm assuming it's just one, but I wanted to make sure before I apply.

Yes, that is absolutely allowed! You can have however many you please, and they can be as intricate as you want.

Our only requirement is that the secrets have enough of an impact on your character for the Landlord to exploit it. But of course this can range from an embarrassing event to serious past crimes.

Whatever you're secrets you’re thinking about, I feel confident in saying we’d be happy to have you!
