Propaganda for both ships provided under the cut
DecadeZi-O Propaganda (Age Gap - Tsukasa is 34 and Sougo is 18)
"Sougo and Tsukasa have had such similar issues in their life that it's hard to not see them being able to relate! Tsukasa was constantly viewed as a destroyer of worlds and the devil by all the A.R. Riders and people he came across in his life, despite wanting to help the worlds and understand his past - taking photos to try and reach out so that he could face people in his own way. Sougo on the other hand was constantly told he was destined to become an evil demon overlord by the people closest to him, some of them even encouraging his path to evil, despite wanting to be a kind ruler who helps all those he comes across.
Both of them also have the trait that they can obtain past Legend Rider powers after helping said Rider with a certain situation and coming to understand them better - Sougo's midseason powerup is based on Tsukasa and in the ZI-O Series Tsukasa is able to transform using Sougo's powers. This makes it confirmed that the two understand each other perfectly. The way Sougo obtains Tsukasa's powers is also incredibly ship-worthy, considering Tsukasa literally gave up half of his power to gift the powers to Sougo.
Even when the world's timeline is rewritten so that Sougo is no longer Kamen Rider Zi-O, Tsukasa steps in to protect him, rather than aiming for the world to stay as it is he interferes and puts his life in danger simply to protect Sougo and his destiny as Kamen Rider Zi-O, because he secretly cares, despite denying it at every turn. Lastly, in episode 14.5 of Zi-O, Tsukasa caresses Sougo's face in a very suggestive manner. Tsukasa and Sougo are INCREDIBLY shippable."
Tabloidshipping Propaganda (Incest, Age Gap)
"Seto and Mokuba are essentially the only people who the other actually trusts further than they can throw a card. It's repeatedly shown that Seto will do absolutely anything within his limits if it means making certain Mokuba is safe, repeatedly rescuing him from kidnappings throughout the series. Every time such an event is over, Seto becomes even more noticably invested in breaking the limits of mankind and reality with his technology, suggesting that(alongside his rivalry with atem and general need to have the biggest dick energy in town) his need to protect Mokuba is a driving force in his life even when the kid is completely fine. Mokuba similarly shares this sentiment, making himself his brother's caretaker, especially so in the manga where his first concern upon waking from an episode of unconcience is making sure Seto's okay. They're DEEPLY Co-Dependant, making it all the more painful when Seto drives himself into the dimensional afterlife without promising he'll come back, despite Mokuba's request for it.
All of this is understandable when you consider their backstory, raised together in an orphanage and then an abusive home where the only ones they could truly rely on were eachother and their own skill or intelligence. While Mokuba's managed to maintain some of his innocence, Seto's more obviously affected by it all, forming his entire personality around Winning and Protecting Mokuba. Seto has once gone so far as to threaten his own life to win a cardgame because the consequences of losing - not being able to rescue Mokuba - are too dire for him to face.
As a small bonus, whenever Seto leaves the company for some reason, he specifically leaves Mokuba in charge, and has officially placed him as the Vice President. He doesn't trust anyone else with Kaiba Corp. Mokuba occasionally uses this fact for shenanigans."
