زمیں کو کھود کر دیکھے کہ پودا اب کہاں تک ہے !

محبت کی طبعیت میں عجب تکرار کی خو ہے

کہ یہ اقرار کے لفظوں کو سننے سے نہیں تھکتی

بچھڑ نے کی گھڑ ی ہو یا کوئی ملنے کی ساعت ہو

اسے بس ایک ہی دھن ہے

کہو ’’مجھ سے محبت ہے ‘‘

تمہیں مجھ سے محبت ہے

سمندر سے کہیں گہری ‘ستاروں سے سوا روشن

پہاڑوں کی طرح قائم ‘ ہوا ئوں کی طرح دائم

زمیں سے آسماں تک جس قدر اچھے مناظر ہیں

محبت کے کنائے ہیں ‘ وفا کے استعار ے ہیں ہمارے ہیں

محبت کرنے والوں کی سحر راتوں میں ر ہتی ہے ‘

گماں کے شاخچوں میں آشیاں بنتا ہے الفت کا !

یہ عین وصل میں بھی ہجر کے خد شوں میں رہتی ہے ‘

محبت کے مسافر زند گی جب کا ٹ چکتے ہیں

تھکن کی کر چیاں چنتے ‘ وفا کی اجر کیں پہنے

سمے کی رہگزر کی آخری سر حد پہ رکتے ہیں

تمہیں مجھ سے محبت ہے

تو کوئی ڈوبتی سانسوں کی ڈوری تھا م کر

دھیرے سے کہتا ہے

’’یہ سچ ہے نا !

ہماری زند گی اک دو سرے کے نام لکھی تھی !

دھند لکا سا جو آنکھوں کے قریب و دور پھیلا ہے

Wow just wow. This book had twists that I just did not see coming. Beth Murphy is on the run from an abusive husband. She has a new identity and a plan. But she has to keep moving because he will find her. Sabine Hardison is missing. Her husband Jeffrey comes home from a business trip and she’s gone. Everything points to something very bad. The detective on the case, Marcus Durant will stop at nothing to find her. How are these incidents related? As we go back and forth from Beth’s point of view, to Jeffrey, to Marcus, secrets are reveled and we find out what really happened to Sabine who Beth truly is. This story kept me interested from the first page and the end just 🤯 I was not expecting that. This was my first Kimberly Belle book and I could not put the book down. I was engrossed into the story and the story is still reeling on my mind. I am having a serious book hangover this one!!!!! Beth Murphy is on the run from her abusive husband. She knows he is coming after her. It is only a matter of time before he finds her. Sabine Hardison is also missing. Her life is far from perfect. She has a successful job as a Real Estate professional. She has just moved into an expensive house and is happily married. Well, is she? Everyone else would say she is but her husband is a controlling maniac who is violent and envious of her success. He has an inferiority complex over Sabine often hurting her to prove his manhood. Marcus, the investigating Detective will stop at nothing track Sabine and close this matter once and for all. The story is narrated in three different perspectives. Dear Wife is full of secrets, lies, suspense and a whole lot of tension that kept me turning the pages. I would never have been able to sleep until I has turned the last page in the book. DEAR WIFE kept me on the edge of my seat the entire book. The story was engrossing. I read it quickly and enjoyed it immensely. My favorite part was a huge twist that I never saw coming.

KIMBERLY BELLE’s writing grabbed me when Beth merged onto the Muskogee Turnpike and watched in her rear view mirror as Pine Bluff, Arkansas faded away. Her writing was spell binding. She expertly delivered a portrait of a woman taking back control of her life from a violent and abusive husband. All the characters were colorful and stunningly well developed. The story is creatively told from three points of view.
