Nahum 1:7 – Trusting God in the Day of Trouble

We’ve all experienced "days of trouble"—moments in life when everything seems to be falling apart, when the weight of the world feels like it’s too much to bear. In those moments, Nahum 1:7 gives us a promise that brings hope: “The Lord is good, a strong hold in the day of trouble; and he knoweth them that trust in him.”

Recognizing the Day of Trouble

Trouble comes in many forms. It might be a financial crisis, the loss of a loved one, health problems, or the stress of everyday life piling up until it feels overwhelming.
