026/365: Cara a cara

- [ ] It’s Day 365 of the Windy Wessagussett Wimple of 2024. The wind was out of the SSW at 17mph with gusts 34mph. The temperature was 54°, and felt like was 47°. I used the Royal color of Red Heart Super Saver yarn to show the wind was out of the SSW. I knit in stockinette stitch to show the wind was blowing at 17mph. It was rainy early this morning, but this afternoon the sun came out. With the sun came warmer temperatures, but they will be relatively short lived with highs in the low 30’s on tap for Sunday. Looks like winter is coming back. It was a quiet day in Wessagusset except for the wind. The deck was covered in puddles, so it was photos from inside today. Be safe out there.

For this picture, the 2025 layer was a very foggy day we had recently and then the 2024 was a sunrise. I liked using the fog for 25 because we don’t know what is to come and even though that can be scary using the sunrise for 24 is a nice reminder that it’s not all bad.

Hold on tight, this is a long post | Today I’m grateful for everything over the part year, there have been so many ups and downs and turn arounds but I’ve still accomplished so much, done so much, grown so much as a person and most important COMPLETED my Grateful365, that’s 365 posts, 365 days I found something to be grateful for, to me it doesn’t matter that I didn’t post every day but it matters that I found something every day, even on my worst days I found something and took a picture. This year I’ve made friends, lost friends, attended two universities and four bachelors, turned 18, found a new job and so much more. First of all thank you a lot for being supportive.

I haven’t figured out what happened with the tags  (yup I spent 30 minutes counting everything) but I posted the very first picture on May 11th, 2018 so today must be day 365. 

So, 1 year ago, @fatianma suggested trying the 365 day challenge and @aelitaston suggested using Tumblr ‘because it’s like your own world, you can do whatever you like’. That’s why I’m here.

I didn’t expect day 365 to come this quick. I mean 1 year is quite long but when I look back, it feels like a week ago. Time flies. My skills is becoming better. I also make some fantastic friends.

Now what ?

I’ll just repeat this challenge. Taking photos is no longer a challenge but more like a habit now; I don’t want to get rid of it.

Also if you feel like this post is badly written, that is because English is not my native language and my thoughts are weirdly incoherent.

It’s Day 365 of the Great Hill Humidity and Dew Point Differential Scarf 2023. The humidity was 69 percent, the dew point was 26 degrees, and the differential between the humidity and the dew point was 43 today. I used the Frosty Green color of Red Heart Super Saver yarn. I worked my stitches in the “(K4, P4); repeat” stitch pattern to show the differential between the humidity and the dew point was 43 at 8am. Happy New Year’s Eve! Celebrate responsibly, and be careful if you are traveling. Be safe out there.
