What if, now hear me out (you do not need to add this if you're writing for it, just an idea that spawned and I have to share, use anything from this if you like, but again you don't have to if you have another idea) but what if Talia see's an heir in Dan.

Technically he still carries her bloodline in his veins (if a little messed up due to Vlad), and isn't against a little murder, as long as its against BAD people and those that target his family (he's totally gotten rid of people whose targeted Danny (and Ellie since she's no doubt going to be Danny's heir for the company) and his clean tech at the start). AND WHAT IF Dan does remember Talia, unlike Danny, after fusing with Vlad's ghost self in the future that never was he remembered and the trauma of everything just boosted his need to destroy everything in his path.

Dan remembers EVERYTHING.

Danny still doesn't. (And Dan wants to keep it that way)

When Dan talks to Talia in private he agrees to become her heir for the League, as long as they do 'good' (he got Clockwork to approve of the work) for the world and doesn't go 'insane crazy murder'. AND as long as they keep Danny and Ellie OUT of the line of fire as best as they can, and to help him keep his (their) brother Damian from Danny (maybe bad blood between them the last time they saw each other? hmm?), Bruce (Dan had run in with the Bat when he was evil and was one of the few hero's that almost stopped him, Dan doesn't like him tbh), or Ra's (if Ra's is still alive but not in charge due to Talia taking over or is thought to return soon by his loyal followers) away from his family as best as they can (he knows there will always be a chance of them meeting somehow someway, he isn't stupid to think it would never happen)

Talia agrees. She gets her heir (whose WILLING to be the heir of the LOA), she gets a grandbaby (who she'll teach everything to), and she gets her darling Astrophel (Danyal/Danny) whose still innocent in ways she always wished he could be. She doesn't push for Danny to remember his past, citing that the memories of their life with their grandfather was unkind and unpleasant and she'll rather see him happy and unbothered by it.

(A year later the plans they created to keep Danny and Ellie safe and unknown to those that matter kinda fall apart when Danny and his company are invited/hired to Gotham to work on cleaning the city up. Its the first time he'll actually show his face in public outside of Amity, without Tucker's firewalls, and Dan and Talia don't know until its too late (they were busy with an attempted coup, or Ra's, or taking care of a really annoying polluter that was very good at hiding from them) and well, Danny is also invited to the 'future of Gotham' kind of party and of course he brings Ellie)

You know those AU's where the Batfam finds or learns about either hidden or thought to be dead Al Ghul Danny! with a deaged/daughter Dani (Ellie) (I should know, I created a few of those storylines) but what if, now hear me out, what if instead of them finding Danny first its Talia.

Do I want Talia discovering her thought to be dead son to be alive? Yes. Do I want her to find him while investigating Amity Park when the League gets reports of 'Lazarus creatures/water'? Yes.

DO I WANT HER TO KNOCK ON THE FENTON'S DOOR, fully ready to pretend/honey talk her way into the house to uncover what the Fenton's know, ONLY TO MEET A LITTLE ELLIE?!

Ellie whose eyes and hair look like a copy of her Beloved but she can see bits and pieces of herself as well. Talia knows the child in front of her was not fully her's though but everything makes sense when she hears a voice, a voice she hasn't heard in ages but as a mother just knows, speak out.

"Ellie! I thought I said do not answer the door my Sterling."

"But Daddy, yous was busy fighting the hotdoggys!"
