1. His name is John.

2. When i first joined the story i made a move on john as in literally “*walks up to him* can we talk, john?” And that man STRAIGHT UP ignored me. Then proceeds to invite surae (no hate to surae i love her) before they even started the whole dating and in love thing, to memphis. I was hurt so i went for a walk, somehow ended up passing the hollywood sign, and if that all didn’t happen, i wouldn’t have gotten in a car crash, danny wouldn’t be dead and i would still remember my family!!!

Okay, so I’m super late to this, but then again, half my farewells are belated 😅 

So usually I don’t really bid goodbye to a show that has been unexpectedly cancelled, but this show was one of my faves. I do wish it could have gone on longer, but Freeform decided to cancel it, along with Stitchers 😒

ANYWHO. Gotta keep this lighthearted, just like the show is. 

I’ve only started this show about a year back, but I immediately fell in love with it and all the characters. Ben and Danny, their fabulous mom Bonnie, lil Tuck Tuck, Riley, and of course, baby Emma. 

This show really took my mind off things, and I’ve learnt many things from it. It even made me believe in love again with Diley. What a beautiful love story, and it makes me realize that if things are meant to be, well, it’ll work out. No matter how long it takes. 

And of course, the crazy queen Bonnie Wheeler. And the cute relationship she has with Tucker. 

I miss this family so so much, and when I get the chance, I will definitely rewatch the entire series again. So, thank you for the past year of laughters, and tears.

Warriors fans don’t deserve this

Golden State Warriors fans know torture.

From 1995 through 2012, the Warriors made the playoffs once, had just two winning seasons, and finished dead last in the division five times.

Donyell Marshall was their best player for three years.

Remember the Mike Montgomery era? Warriors fans do.

Remember the Eric Musselman and Keith Smart eras? Warriors fans do. (Only those of us who were fans of teams coached by Eric Musselman and Keith Smart can understand the constitution it requires to maintain fandom in such circumstances.)

Warriors fans survived Marc Jackson and Mark Jackson.

Warriors fans cheered on a team built around the dual threat of Troy Murphy and Mike Dunleavy.

The best years of Zarko Cabarkapa and the worst years of Derek Fisher. The bright spot of Jason Richardson and the aftermath of Monta Ellis’ mo-ped accident. Good Andris Biedrins and bad Andris Biedrins. P.J. Carlesimo. Yeah, P.J. Carlesimo.

Warriors fans have seen some stuff.

Yes, the last six years have been amazing. Five straight NBA Finals, three championships, the two best shooters ever, maybe the best scorer of his generation, an easy-to-root-for defensive genius, an easy-to-root-for coach, franchise stability, some really amazing jerseys, a fantastic grassroots fan culture. It’s been good. Better than it has been for any other fanbase, so no, no one will cry for Warriors fans amid a 3-13 start and a 48-point loss to the Mavericks.

But let’s not pretend Warriors fans are owed this bucket of cold water after six years of glory. They were owed the glory after so many years of nightmares.

The Warriors will almost assuredly bounce back quickly from this -- perhaps when Stephen Curry returns later this season, perhaps next year when Klay Thompson is back, too. This should be a minor setback in the grand scheme, although regaining dominant status will be difficult given the powers rising in Los Angeles and the state of Golden State’s salary cap.

You can joke about bathing in Warriors fan tears -- it’s all in fun, right? Just know that in reality, they used up all their tears watching Erick Dampier and Danny Fortson fighting over rebounds and Larry Hughes and Bobby Sura fighting over shots years ago. One season of torment is nothing when you’ve seen a dozen.
