What saddens me the most on this topic, is why are we putting everything constantly on Tom's shoulders?? So what he didn't repost. That young man is being pulled constantly in a thousand directions. His dog just died, he's trying to support Zendaya's movie, he's working, he's expected to help his family and friends with there dreams, he's not been allowed to grieve properly. He's even helping his moms charity by using his name solely to get donations. This is nuts.

Why are we expecting celebrities to say something regardless on there platform?. I just told someone earlier this is a test against not only him, but his relationship, a little bit. He and Zendaya may be deeply in love, but people will turn this around and come after her for being with him if this continues. People don't believe me, but it is true. Because it can affect her career and zendaya overthinks, and possible choices may need to be made. I can tell you right now, that young man would rather break off the relationship than to see her career suffer damage because he knows how hard she has worked for this that he would let it go. I see absolutely nothing wrong with being apolitical. I don't want celebrities speaking for me. I couldn't care less about what they have to say if we are dealing with real world issues. People have been hating on him since he was in school. Enough is enough. And Francesca is not a kid, speak the hell up and tell people that she is being supported as well. If she is. I mean what is he personally supposed to do. Get her a mental health counselor. People aren't going to listen to him. They hate him for being with Zendaya and just being alive, basically.

If I were him, leave the damn play, put a black Romeo in there and let them do it without him. Support everyone from the audience. Give the money back, and just finish off Spiderman with a huge contract. Yes, people want to see him but, no. Get the attention completely off him and put in Daniel Kaaluya and keep.it moving. People have been consistently cruel to this young man for zero good reasons for YEARS NOW since 2016 and before. NOT MONTHS, YEARS. Who cares if he supports zendaya by likes. He liked Francescas stuff as well.

People are going to cause him to remove himself sooner than later from public life. Anything that is positive in the world doesn't have a chance. Look how they jumped on Zendaya over a damn seat at a fashion show regarding Law and were just cruel as ever. She gets it in doses, he gets in every time. From his looks, height, hair, etc.

I realized recently...I can imagine Tom and Zendaya hate that their relationship is public. The constant beat downs take there toll. People will lift her on a pedestal and slam him daily or vice versa depending on the topic. They don't care about him. Only if he's a good boyfriend or not.

Maybe you're just ranting and letting off some steam, but nothing you mentioned is going to happen. This isn't going to affect Tom and Zendaya's relationship, they're not going to quit the play, and I don't think TZ regret anything about their relationship....not even being public. (If you ask me, hiding profusely was stifling and not conducive for a long-term relationship of two massive celebrities in the public eye imo)

I personally don't need for celebrities to speak out on political issues on social media either (especially if they haven't done their research and don't know what they're talking about), but to try and pretend that people aren't going to have ANY reactions/thoughts/feelings about what's going on in the world when they live in the same country, or earth that we live on is just naive imo.

Also, not ALL celebrities were born rich. In fact, MANY were just regular degular working-class citizens like you and me. So to say that some are "out of touch".... Like, how do you know that? How do you know what types of lives some people have had before they became famous? Just saying.... Some have had worse lives than I have even had before they got famous lol. Just saying lol.

Anyway.... I think it's good for you all to take a long break from Twitter (or maybe even all of social media) for a while. Either that, or just limit what you choose to look at.   “Get & Out” & “US” 

                 Jordan Peele directed both "Get Out" and " Us." I can now compare and contrast the films after critically examining each of them. The movie Get Out a comedy that passes for a horror movie. Jordan Peele is the author and director of the BlumHouse productions film Get Out. Jordan Peele is one half of the comic sketch combo Key & Peele that has a program on Comedy Central with the same name. The comic geniuses Key and Peele are renowned for their use of humor to make social commentary, particularly on racial issues. Jordan Peele's first film is titled Get Out. The creators have had a significant impact on this movie, which is why I am concentrating on them rather than the actual film. This is not a jump-scare-heavy horror film with drawn-out, suspenseful sequences. The movie isn't particularly frightful in the traditional sense. Don't go into the movie anticipating being frightened. Don't watch the movie unless you want to be horrified. In fact, when you watch the movie and reflect about it afterwards, prepare to be even more shocked. You might even feel disgust with yourself. Jordan Peele is renowned for his ability to make you laugh at yourself through humor.This is the reason why he released two horror movies quickly. Both were enjoyable, but I'm not going to hesitate. Us had some spine-chilling moments, and Lupita Nyong'o was fantastic in it, but I kind of predicted how it would end. I won't say I was absolutely certain, but when the truth was revealed, I said, "Yep, I suspected as much," rather than, "Holy sh*t!" I didn't anticipate many of the twists and turns in Get Out. There were many times when I thought, "Holy sh*t!" And while though Daniel Kaaluya received all the attention and his performance was deserving of praise, Allison Williams, who reached Gone Girl levels of creepiness, was equally as impressive in my opinion. I am one of the select few who preferred US, on the other hand. It was a wilder, more exciting experience that, in my opinion, stretched the limits of inventiveness. The film's greater scope and cultural nod to "hands across America" were also appealing to me. US has a lot of gorgeous pictures, including the opening scene with the carnival. very sentimental Without a doubt, both movies had excellent acting. Since Fifteen Million Merits, one of my favorite Black Mirrors, I've been a big fan of Daniel Kaluuya. However, Lupita Nyongo really shocked me with how fantastic her performance was since this was the first movie I'd seen her in. Really, the entire cast was excellent. To play the wicked versions of characters in that movie must have been a lot of fun. But even though I like both movies, I think I favored US by around 40%. Both movies are excellent in their own right, so I'm not claiming one is better than the other; I'm just saying I enjoyed “US” a little bit more and gave it a lot more consideration afterward. Although the majority of people won't, there are some among us who do.

“Maybe it wouldn’t be so bad if you had kept your suggestions on how to care for the animals to yourself.” You rolled your eyes at him as you walked out the jet after your little visit at the zoo. “Or at least to a suggestion box where I won’t have to know every single thing on how to reuse elephant manure.”

W’kabi laughed as he followed you out, grabbing hold of your hand before placing a kiss on it. “I must admit it was fun. But if you wanted to see real animals, you could have just asked me. Come.”

He grinned, pulling you out into the field where his tribe was taking care of the rhinoceroses. “This is way better than that smelly zoo, I tell you.”

You beamed, almost clapping your hands in excitement as he led you near the fences, practically touching the rhino. You looked up at him in a silent plea for permission and he nodded back at you, enjoying the view of the lively smile on your face.

You reached inside the fences to slowly pet the rhino’s forehead, the part where the horn meets its flesh. You laughed seeing it immediately wam up to you.

“That’s odd.” W’kabi said, stepping back watching you with the animal.

“What is?”

“I choose that one in battle. Strongest and fiercest of them all. Never shows emotions.” He smiled, “…until now that is.”

You looked up at him and smiled back, your hand still petting the rhino. “He likes me.”

“W’kabi likes you, too. Y/N!” You both heard Nakia call out from the huts.

He shrugged, hiding his embarrassment very well. “That’s one thing my rhino and I have in common then.”

In England Tom would definitely be considered a nepo baby. His interview with Daniel Kaaluya who said they watching him growing up. It showed his dad was well known with people there. No need to deny it, Tom went to the best schools because of it and grew up comfortable. He and Z come from completely different upbringings.

The archetype of “nepo baby” is Ivanka Trump. Her dad was POTUS and gave her a literal job and portfolio in the White House for no reason other than she was his daughter whom he trusted because of that one fact. Another “nepo baby” example is Malia Obama, who Donnie Glover just hired as writer on his new show. Is Malia talented? No doubt, she has great genes and probably a great work ethic, but did Donnie Glover’s new show just get press it never would have because of Malia’s name only, and was that a calculation? I think we’d be silly to think otherwise.

Are you saying that Dom gave Tom a job in the MCU or even in Billy Elliot? Or, less precisely, that the Billy Elliot producers were potentially more interested in Tom’s last name and family than in his talent? Or are you saying like I was that Tom was born with a ton of privileges, one being having a father in the entertainment industry, and those gave him every opportunity and a lot of confidence? You know what, a Robert’s Rebellion movie would be interesting to watch. It would be nice to see a younger Robert Baratheon and younger Mace Tyrell indeed. Both were dashing and handsome lords in their youths and both have become some sort of a caricature during the time of Game of Thrones so it would be kind of fun to see them in their younger years. And let’s say they make a movie out of Robert’s rebellion, who are your ideal cast for it? I think they already nailed the younger Ned and Lyanna but I want to change the Rhaegar actor. 🤣

Also, House of the Dragon is really good so far but the fandom’s support towards the incest can turn you off significantly and I choose to not look it up because it leaves a bad taste and can ruin the watching experience a lot. Anyways, I would also really want to see an adaptation of the story of Jenny of the Oldstones because that story rocked and like with Fire & Blood/HOTD, it’s going to end in tragedy and I love angst. 😂

And I really wonder what the Jon Snow sequel is going to be. I hope they leave Sansa alone because I don’t want them ruining her story. Besides, bringing back characters from Westeros would be fan service because Jon was exiled for life. There’s no going back for him. And I don’t really see anything interesting what his life would north of the wall.

There's a lot to address here, so I'm just going for to stick to the casting. I think the most common picks for rhaegar and Robert are Chris Hemsworth and Henry Cavill, but they're both too old. I think Alex Pettyfer would make a good Rhaegar and Jack Reynor or Matthew Lewis would do well for Robert. Also, if she has a decent British accent, Dove Cameron could work for a young Cersei. I like Gary Oldman for Aerys.

The Gray House, a Civil War spy drama series that is being produced by Kevin Costner and Morgan Freeman, is the latest high-profile project to land an interim agreement from SAG-AFTRA.

The project managed to secure an interim agreement – by which the producers agree to the terms of the guild’s last counter-offer to the AMPTP – despite having international distribution through Paramount Global.

The actors guild has now handed out over 60 interim agreements to movies and series since the walkout earlier this month. Apple TV+’s Tehran became the most high-profile series to land one, after films such as The Watchers, which has involvement from Warner Bros. Discovery’s New Line, were also added to the list as well as Glenn Close’s The Summer Book and A24 films Mother Mary and I Dream Of Unicorns.

Paramount Global Content Distribution, which is run by Dan Cohen, is set to distribute six-part series The Gray House, which does not currently have a U.S. network or streamer attached.

The Gray House tells the story of the three women General Ulysses S. Grant credited as helping the North win the Civil War. It focuses on the unsung women who turned the tide of the American Civil War in favor of the North. A Richmond Socialite and her daughter, a formerly enslaved African-American, and a courtesan build the first successful female spy ring, operating right under the noses of the Confederate High Command. They risk life and liberty to help win the war and preserve American Democracy.

The series is based on an original script by Leslie Greif and Darrell Fetty, and Oscar-nominated John Sayles. Oscar-nominated Roland Joffe is directing.

The series has been filming in Eastern Europe.

Costner is exec producing via his Territory Pictures banner with Rod Lake and Howard Kaplan producing. Freeman is producing alongside his producing partner Lori McCreary via their Revelations Entertainment shingle and Greif is producing via his Big Dreams Entertainment alongside Alex Kerr.

Who gets an interim agreement is a complicated question, particularly as some of these projects seem to have ties to AMPTP companies such as Paramount Global.

SAG-AFTRA National Executive Director and Chief Negotiator Duncan Crabtree-Ireland told Deadline, “It goes to reflect the complexity and the business relationships and structures in this industry.”  

He added, “If there are AMPTP connections to the project, then [waivers] won’t be [granted]. That’s the big-picture answer. Everyone needs to be investigated and evaluated individually because obviously the question of ‘Are there AMPTP fingerprints or connections to the project?’ is a very specific question. That means it takes a few days to a week depending on volume, maybe a little more for us to evaluate whether a project can receive an interim agreement.”

These people keep proving me right. I knew Fran Drescher could not be trusted and neither can her little minion Crabtree-Ireland. Some of these productions knew they could get away with this by filming in Europe and by the way, per Insider Hollywood, including many publications like Deadline and Variety lamenting back in 22 about 'a precious American Western being shot in New Zealand' what the fuck do I look like anticipating from two already wealthy actors and their European flavored Civil War drama? Screw Costner and Freeman for this.

I really feel a deep dread for the Hollywood workers striking. They might have been set up with AMPTP ringers on the SAG-AFTRA board.
