I'm behind on currently airing shows. I'm currently watching Tree with Deep Roots, Crash Course in Romance, & My School President. I've paused Gap the Series and and Never Let Me Go before the halfway mark just because I was watching too many series. I will pick them back up after I finish the ones I'm on now. I really want to watch The Warp Effect and Our Blooming Youth. AND of the western media variety, I am watching Star Trek Strange New Worlds, Ghosts, and I really, really do plan to watch Yellowjackets.

Oh, what a coming out scene! And Mark literally going 'it's up to them whether or not they accept me, not me.' was beautiful and then Ou Wen explaining how hard it might also be for them just to ask Mark to be patient and keep himself open to his family and I just love them all and then the tiny family vibes! ALL THE FAMILY VIBES. How beautiful.

Ep 16 in which I experience LOSING MY MIND in the form of:

Ou Wen calling the baby his little princess and promising to buy her fancy clothing.

Mark saying he wants his little bubble to be a boy so he doesn't have to worry about people treating a girl badly. (And also sticking his foot in his mouth.)

Mark and Ou Wen taking selfies with the ultrasound.

Joanna wondering if she's become invisible to them.

Ou Wen choosing not to out Mark to his parents without him there. (Blood brothers is better than bosom friends, at least.)

And next week looks... frightening. But, hey, 18 episodes y'all!

It's just the way Mark loves Ou Wen and loves him on and on, even when he's hurt by him, and the way he finds out that Ou Wen convinced Joanna to keep their baby and Mark knows, he knows what Ou Wen is thinking and he is not going to put up with that.

It's Mark showing up at Ou Wen's work, rude as hell, storming and shouting, until Ou Wen comes out and then he kisses him senseless despite the public place because this is who he loves and this is how he loves and because he knows Ou Wen won't like it but will understand.

It's Mark holding his hand out to Ou Wen, wrapping them together and swinging their arms, as Ou Wen checks around them for anyone watching.

It's Mark declaring that he is choosing Ou Wen over his family, that if his parents object then he's still going to be Ou Wen's problem, he's going to be even more of Ou Wen's problem, because he's not going anywhere and he's so, so in love.

It's Mark on Ou Wen's back, laughing, bringing Ou Wen into the laughter, sharing his infectious joy and loyalty with a man who never thought he'd know that kind of love.
